The carpet in the room wasn't clean

I wish I could leave a ZERO. This place is filthy! Bugs. Burn marks in the bathroom sink and floor. REEKS of weed and BO. Staff wasn't even at the desk last night. We had no washcloths and our towels were YELLOW

+The only thing I liked was the friendly staff who worked the front desk. She was very kind to me. Towels in the bathroom were stained, and there was hair on the towel. The fridge was disgusting, it was old and needs to be updated. My room was infested with roaches, I left the same night I checked in. It was bad.

Room smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. TV had no remote. Carpet looked torn up and dirty. Spotted and ended 9 roaches. I will not be returning to that location.

Rooms are outdated. It doesn't look like the picture. We had small roaches running around but the bed were somewhat comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small the vent was not working so it makes it stuffy after shower
