Wish there was a phone in the room but over all we enjoyed our stay

Clean room

We immediately contacted the front desk and asked to be moved to a different room. We were told the hotel was completely full, so that wasn’t an option. Instead, they sent someone to do a quick cleanup, but it felt rushed and did very little to address how dirty the room was. We were essentially told that was all they could do. Cleanliness is the bare minimum guests should expect, and this hotel failed miserably. We were extremely disappointed with both the condition of the room and the way management handled the situation. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and we will never stay at this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a clean, comfortable place to stay.

Location distance to northwest stadium was quick and easy access .hotel property is very run down trash everywhere outside , building needs major attention and updates . Halls smelled , rooms could use better cleaning .

What's a good hotel convenient for my stay

Honest opinion from a 36 year old white lady. I have 4 kids 4-16. This hotel has pros and cons. If your kids aren't picky about breakfast and don't mind being in a rougher part of town this is an ok stay. The hotel was remodeled to a La Quinta but gave motel 6 vibes. White folks are definitely the minority but I grew up that way so it doesn't bother us. Everyone including the staff was nice and friendly. This is a pet hotel so there are dog everywhere and clearly someone's dog chewed on the furniture at some point in time. The hotel is older. Stains, wall repairs and one set of laundry machines gave off the areas vibe but the staff gave 5 star service at a one star hotel. The 7-11 constantly had a police car and More than one occasion I for sure thought my car was going to get broken into but was fine. Overall the price point was the cheapest in the area but if I had to choose again this probably isn't the place. The pictures are a little deceiving because I feel like it's when they first got their remodel like five or six years ago and I don't think anything has been done since then. There was a constant smell of laundry soap and marijuana. But it blended in with the arguing couples and our kids being loud so no one ever complained. Overall If I was in a pinch I'd probably pick this place again but if you have some time to reserve someplace else I would probably go there.

Room was not cleaned properly, staff was not helpful when needed, didn’t provide towels daily, we needed to ask for new ones. Roaches were running around in the bathroom. I would not come back and refer someone else for that place either

I was disappointed with the ladies that apparently lived there. I asked for a light bulb to be replaced, that never got replaced. The staff was friendly and helpful. Light switches for the bath room was in a unsafe position. I had to walk across the entire bathroom to get to the switch in the dark. Not enough closet space to hang clothes.

Hallways smelt dirty like animals and mildew… Nobody at front desk when I needed to check in waiting almost 10 minutes until someone finally came. If you can stay somewhere better I would suggest finding somewhere else.

The towels were dirty and damp, tv did not work. Air conditioning worked well.

The room itself was also unacceptable. There were water stains on the ceiling that suggested a possible leak, the shower was visibly dirty with grime buildup, and the bedding had stains and marks on it. To make matters worse, the TV in my room didn't work. Staff removed the broken TV, but it was never replaced, so I was left without a television for the remainder of my stay. Another ongoing issue was the elevator. It constantly emitted a beeping sound, and the service indicator light was illuminated the entire time, making it seem like the elevator was in need of maintenance. This only added to the impression that the property was not being properly cared for. The one bright spot was the staff. After I shared my concerns, they were courteous and understanding. They allowed me to check out early and refunded one day of my planned stay, which I appreciated. While I appreciate the staff's effort to resolve the situation, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and overall condition of the hotel fell well below expectations. I cannot recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

Staff was welcoming. Room air conditioning was amazing. Bring a room spray because it was a little stale air. Tub/shower combo could use a reglaze and nicks on walls. For the price and stay, it was good.
