Such a nice property, great breakfast and clean rooms.Cookies at night were great.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The evenings cookies ans milk were a nice extra and the staff was very helpful.

Excellent place to stay right in the center of everywhere we wanted to be. David was the best at helping us.

We were there for two nights, the rooms were clean and just the right size for the three of us. There was a separate area with sofa bed for my 16-year-old son. It was quiet, and everything that we needed was in the room, such as hairdryer, refrigerator, etc. The staff was very nice, and gave us information when asked, and also when we borrowed beach equipment. The only.” needs improvement.” comment I would give would be for the breakfast. There were a lot of choices, and I think the waffles were a great idea especially if you have young kids. The only comment I have is the potatoes were peppered to the point where it was almost too peppery to eat, the eggs seemed a bit powdery, and the sausage was a bit tough/rubbery. But overall, I think there were a lot of choices so we could choose other things. We would stay there again if we were down that way. Thank you.

Convenient for our trip to Legoland. Room was a good size. The breakfast was really quite disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for our stay.

We stayed in the 2 king suite room 220 and it was huge. The air conditioner was small and didn’t cool the whole room but thankfully it wasn’t too hot. The room had a huge refrigerator and a sofa bed. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the milk and cookies. The breakfast was good, we loved the waffle maker! It was close to the Oceanside soccer field and close to Carlsbad village. Wished we had time to visit the beach and outlet. We will definitely stay here again! We recommend this hotel 10/10!

This was a very nice property. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and this was a great location. Having a full breakfast in the morning was very helpful. The rooms were a good size and clean. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn’t working which was a big disappointment as the girls (and us moms) were hoping to use it after a LONG day at the field.

Clean hotels, nice grounds. The only bummer was the spa was closed for repairs my daughter was bummed but otherwise great place close to Carlsbad village but away from the crowds which was nice.

Great location and great staff. The hotel is slighted dated and our room had a strange smell. The room was very spacious and the beds are very nice. Close to the beach and other shopping areas. Good place for the price.

The breakfast was convenient and they gave me cookies during the night. I was able to rest, it was nice and quiet, the bed was really comfortable and everything was clean. It was a home away from home.

Very friendly and helpful staff put us up when our vacation rental was disgusting. We ended up staying for ten days. Great central location to the beach and attractions. Close to the highway for easy access to other towns in SD. Highly recommend.

First time staying here and I was very comfortable. We had a soccer tournament and the area was very peaceful. The train made noise sometimes but not bad. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice.

First suite we had and shortly after we got there, there was a child running overhead for 30 minutes straight pounding the floor above us. The staff moved us to another room which was pretty much the same but had a musty smell. They could not or would not move the other people even though we were there first. We were told that when the desk clerk contacted the guest, they were told “kids will be kids”. The room we were moved to had a musty smell. The prior one was clean smelling. Didn’t want to complain again because we were already moved due to the unruly child who should have been on the first floor. The spa was broken. The room was very cold and really no way to lower the temp except to shut the A/C completely off. Overall the property had a nice look to it. They had beach chairs and towels available for use at the beach which was nice. The property is less expensive than others around there but I will try someplace else next time.
