The room is very clean. The only downside is that our room didn't get cleaned one day as we came back before the staff had time to get to it. Breakfast was handy in the morning.

Great stay with the family only bummer was that jacuzzi was closed and there was some construction near exits.

Place is nice however the hot tub was not working which is the reason I booked the place. A heads up on their website would be helpful. I didnt need the sofa bed but apparently that was also not working? The pool was open but it was dark. All the lights were turned off.

This is our go-to hotel. It’s clean, safe and quiet. The location right off the freeway is perfect too.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. General ambiance was inviting. A/C and water pressure in rooms was great. My only negative would be- you are in very close proximity to train tracks- So there is a train rumble and horn throughout day and evening

5 stars for room's cleanliness, beddings, lines, and in-room amenities (fridge, etc.) 5 stars for the A/C 5 stars for room location, nice view of the pool and away from the train track. 4 stars for the included parking (no additional charge) and does have on-site EV charging stations; however, when I called, the staff failed to mention that they do not have Tesla charging station and the hotel does not provide adapters. I ended up having to borrow an adapter from a friend who lives 30 minutes from the hotel to be able to charge my Tesla. 4 stars for the mattress quality of the sofa pull out bed, for a 5'11", 140 lbs adult, you can almost feel the metal platform/spring. 3 stars for the included breakfast, average quality (comparable to Quality Inn). Providing cut fruits would be nice.

Great stay and the staff was very accommodating.

The room and hotel were very clean so we were very surprised that when shower was on it spelled terrible of sewer.

We booked it last minute because our hotel in San Diego wasn’t going to have power during the night. We were very happy with the accommodations. 2 King size beds! You never find that and I was traveling with my husband and 2 grown kids! They also serve cookies and milk at 8pm every night! Free parking and free breakfast! Great deal!

Upon arrival, we were informed the jacuzzi was not working. Front desk worker was unpleasant. Second front desk worker was unfriendly. This was not what I was excepting from this place. The shower next to the pool was broken as well. The free breakfast was good, and the kitchen staff were nice and helpful. I would not recommend staying here again. The price did not match the experience.

Wonderful hotel! Comfortable bed with a cozy duvet/comforter (I am often a little cold at night at hotels and wasn't here.) Breakfast was scrambled eggs, tater tots, sausage, or waffles as well as the usual breads, oatmeal, cereal and yogurt. The pool was clean but the hot tub was down for maintenance. I would choose this hotel again.

When we got there the room was stuffy and didn’t smell as nice as the lobby The blankets they provided weren’t that nice either I went and purchased one The breakfast and cookies were nice No water pressure in the shower if you want warm water Overall it was okay But I just thought it was amazing with the reviews it was getting

They were able to accommodate my request without question. - the room was large and the bathroom shower is the largest I've stayed at, excellent! -The room is very quiet even with lots of family visiting. - Always enjoy the hot breakfast - free open parking - I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and decor. I'd recommend everyone to come visit and enjoy!
