Another great stay!

We did book 2 rooms . In the first room , one of the pillow on the bed was smelling dog poop and we could hear the smalls dogs from the room next door barking like crazy. In the other bedroom , the trashes were not emptied when we arrived . The A/C was not working . Finally , the pool was freezing and the heater was not working for the pool and SPA . We won’t return there .

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the duvet and pillows were comfortable. The full breakfast was great and we loved the waffles. The location is right off the I5 which is very convenient, and they're only minutes away from Carlsbad Village. You can hear the I5 when you are outside, but the room was amazingly quiet, and we didn't hear it at all. All of the staff were very friendly.

The staff is very friendly but building is a bit dated. Our beds were super comfortable but the AC did cool much. The hotel is very clean and it has a nice lobby.

I will start with the room. The beds were so comfortable. You just sink into the bed and comfortable pillows. Everything was clean plenty of towels plenty of hot water, milk and cookies between eight and nine every night which is so cool. The pool was great, but there is no hot tub. Breakfast was good as well. Great location right off the highway. The restaurant has been closed for two years, but there is a gas station in the same parking lot so that made it a little convenient for gas but plenty of places to eat around that area in a short distance! Very homey feeling! We will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 recommend!

This last stay the newer front desk girl was a bit rude , when theres a DO NOT DISTURB tag on your door DON'T COME KNOCKING at 9:30am to clean it , I've been staying here for a bit and thus last stay has been HORRIBLE

Great place staff ,room and breakfast

Great location, close to beach. No dislikes for me.

It was clean. A basic hotel, but still very well done and comfortable. Staff was excellent. Maybe a little close to the 5 and the freeway is a little loud.

The only problem I had with the property was the pool was not heated and the hot tub was broken. That was not disclosed at the time of booking. Other than that everything was great.

Nice hotel within walking distance to the beach.

The location is little away from the center of Carlsbad. There is noise because of the location.

As you expect from a Weston

Re-visit if travel again.

If you’re ever going to Carlsbad, this place is a good location. A good deal has a pool good breakfast included. Everyone worked. There was very nice.

Parking was great. The pool & hot tub did not look inviting at all.

The room was a suite, an upgrade, and very nice. Clean and with a good view. Very private and quiet. Not a lot of electrical outlets in convenient places to plug in a phone if you want to read in bed and no USB outlets in the room so bring your own cables and bricks, but most people will do that anyway. Parking is free and abundant. There was a nice restaurant associated with this hotel that unfortunately closed two years ago and remains empty. The good news is that means more parking and less noise. There are several good restaurants within a mile or two.

The hot tub was out of service and the pool was not heated. A bit reason for selecting this hotel was for the use of the pool & spa, so this was disappointing. The AC in the bedroom did not work very well and the common areas in the hotel felt like there was no AC as it was very hot and stuffy.

Daria the front desk consierge was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly ! We enjoyed our stay!
