Room very clean, staff was very friendly, housekeeping staff very respectful, food excellent

Good location to the wharf. A bit of a walk but many restaurants and stores along the way,

I accidentally booked this place instead of the mission ranch. Very pleased with the room and staff and amenities

The Hotel is next to hywy 1 It is a high traffic area, It is very proximal to Carmel- by- the- Sea and about a 10 minute drive into Monterey.during non commute hours. During commute hours it could take up to 30 minutes The hotel is next door to restaurants and shopping, which includes a couple of supermarkets.

Great place for families to stay with kids

This hotel is fabulous! A true California experience! Rooms have recently been renovated and are well done. Fun pool with movies at night. Rooms have lots of outdoor space. Staff creates a sense of community with their welcome signs for pet guests and excellent service. Lots of nice touches. Restaurant was only open lot last day but food and service fantastic! Highly recommend

Super cute & clean hotel! About 5-10 min drive to downtown Carmel, we took an uber one night and it was about 7 min & about $8

Clean room very nice

When we checked in, we were given a coupon for a complimentary happy hour appetizer at their restaurant. We took advantage of this and dined there as well. The food, while not Seventh & Dolores, was very good, as were the libations. The room was spacious enough, and clean. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The thermostat was easy to adjust/operate. The water pressure in the shower was good. We didn't have the opportunity to check out the fitness center or pool, but both looked decent. Overall, I would stay here again, and recommend to others.

We loved it! We also stayed in a 5 star and besides the extra touches this place was just as comfortable! There are tons of places to eat almost on the property and super easy to get in and out with lots of parking.

This property had a wonderful, well maintained pool/hot tub and great restaurant. Front desk staff were attentive. The roof was really clean and nice. I loved the filtered water with a coconut finish you could refill water bottles in. My balcony was also nice. Highly recommend!

Good hotel, cleaned, unfortunately not in town , good for business and family

Avoid the restaurant. Tried breakfast but staff was inattentive and slow. Left after being ignored for 30 minutes, despite a practically empty restaurant. Unpleasant end to what was a decent stay.
