Great location, close to everything. My only complaint is there are no coffee makers in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby by 7:15 but I like mine in the room.

Large suite and close to everything. Comfortable bedding the bathroom is not remodeled. Old but functional.

It sometimes may confuse me to where should us to be check in

Great location with easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Check-in was rather strange. I had to walk across the street to their sister property (Pine Inn) in order to check in. Our room was nice, but some items need attention like the window tinting peeling/bubbling. It distorted our ocean view.

Can’t wait to go back! Perfect location, beautiful room with living room and 2 bathrooms.

Great location, relaxed feel

Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit with a fireplace! Loved the quaint furnishings and traditional furniture. There is a nice little courtyard with an outdoor fireplace that had a fire going the whole time we were there. Check in was a little confusing as you had to cross the street and walk through a restaurant to check in at the Pine Inn (they did not want you to enter the hotel through the lobby during the day which was a little strange). Staff were very friendly though.

Really clean and cozy, recommend it to everyone.

Exceptional

This is a Beautiful Hotel. Loved the private deck and the view.

Place is very nice and clean. Location is great. Little things like no instructions for connecting to the internet were provided. No in-room coffee maker was particularly annoying for early mornings or late evening tea/coffee. There was coffee available at the front desk from 7-5 but was not able to take advantage as we were touring during these times. Otherwise, pretty nice place for the money

What a gem in Carmel by the sea. Excellent location and very very spacious rooms. We stayed at king suite with a porch overlooking the ocean. Everything was excellent. Clean and friendly staff N/a

But overall, great stay, one of the best in Carmel, and Parking is a big plus.

The view, walk to ocean and accessibility to all the stores was great. This place blew me away. Sunset as great frim this room
