The inside lobby and room was clean. Breakfast was better than most with hot choices.

The staff is so friendly. Breakfast was amazing . The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were comfy.

Breakfast was the only disappointing thing. Food was warm but not appetizing. Coffee was good. Loved the suite having a door between bedroom and sitting room. Bed was great. Thermostat very responsive - a good thing!

Nothing. Horrible place We had an horrible experience at this hotel. The hotel is located at the intersection of two interstates and a couple of major roads. Our room was located on the first floor closest to these noisy highways. We had requested a quite room on an upper floor. The receptionist could not honor our request, said the hotel is full, though The parking lot was almost empty. We are also reward member of IHG group. No sound proof in the room. Also extensive glare from the cars . We could not sleep al night. The bathroom had molds. At best a motel 6 quality. We will never stay at this brand.

Door jam on room door is damaged and difficult to open and close. Needs repair or replacement.

Breakfast was very good. Receptionist was helpful and giving us a recommendation for a nice dining place close by for our anniversary.

Breakfast was good - especially the warm cinnamon rolls. The bathroom could have used better lighting for putting on make-up and styling hair.

The staff and team work incredible and made my stay even more enjoyable. This property is well maintained and overall a fantastic stay.

Honestly, what a delight — was not expecting a ton from a HIE in Carmel, Indiana, but this is a case study in how great management and staff can turn any property into a great one. Someone either went to hotel management school or has a natural gift for it because all the details here get noticed and attended to. Check-in was an absolute delight. The staff are all attentive, focused, and friendly. The property and landscape are impeccably done/restored. Highly recommend if you have to be in north Indy.
