All bedding and towels were stained/in poor condition. WiFi and tv did not work. Room smelled like an ashtray

All this within the first five minutes. The next five minutes were spent reserving a room at a hotel 15 minutes away. I don’t even care to try for a refund. I barely have any self respect, but I have enough to never spend more than 10 minutes in a pigsty like that.

The management was very rude to me I know they hear a lot of excuses but I wasn't lying to him and he just didn't want to hear me.im a disabled woman and just needed some help

you get what you pay for. Dirty rooms, stains on the sheets and walls, bathroom doorknob completely missing. Cheap tho.

Upon arrival, the door would not lock at all. The maintenance man was very kind and hardworking, and he promptly repaired the door and replaced all of the bedding. Unfortunately, the original bedding contained hair and numerous unidentified stains on the comforter, fitted sheet, and pillows. There was not even a top sheet on the bed until maintenance brought one to us. The toilet would not flush properly, and it appears that the septic system is in need of significant repairs. In addition, several of the steps leading to the second floor were loose, and much of the wood used for the railings was rotted and unsafe. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better accommodations. The towels were worn, stained, and generally unclean in appearance. It is obvious that the property suffers from a lack of staff and that the owners are not investing enough in its upkeep and maintenance. The property has the potential to be a nice place to stay, but it will require substantial improvements. At a minimum, all stained sheets and towels should be replaced. No guest wants to see stained bedding or linens. Unfortunately, at this point, if my only options were to stay here or sleep in my car, I would choose my car.

I think the hotel was exactly what you paid for. Room was in good shape, just old and worn towels and bedding. The AC didn’t work either, but I didn’t report it. We were only there one night.

Great staff

Room blanket had cigarette butt holes. Washroom tub was dirty and paint was chipping. Room smell like marijuana and smoke.

Pleasant

The staff was really friendly. It was easy to book from booking.com. The room was really poor quality. There were holes in the wall and something kept beeping throughout the night. One of the bedspreads had what I thought was blood on it?

Never received my deposit back

It was a good place to rest and sleep! The beds were comfortable! Coffee was available in the morning.

Smell of straight smoke there was no shower curtain. The blanket was all stained up.
