Best Western Plus Indianapolis North at Pyramids

Besides a couple of hairs found in the shower this hotel was pretty good. I was a solo traveler and felt safe! The staff is super helpful, friendly and nice! Breakfast was pretty basic but no complaints!

The place was quiet and clean. Staffs were friendly when we checked in or had breakfast.

Power went out

HVAC system wasn’t working, thank God the AC was working in the room!

Extremely clean and updated facility with comfortable bed, breakfast choices were plentiful, and staff's response to requests were quick and efficient. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. There was some water on floor of bathroom each morning. Couldn't tell if coming from under bathtub/shower or toilet.

Clean. Quiet. Air conditioning not working in lobby and breakfast area.

This facility has the look of being recently renovated. Our room was spacious, but the bathroom was cramped. Breakfast options were good. The in-room pod-coffee maker was broken, but there was decent coffee at the breakfast.

I am very picky and since I had never stayed at a Best Western I was nervous but it turned out to be a good experience. The rooms were clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I will stay again!

I was delighted to discover that this location did in fact have an EV charger. There was some confusion with the other Best Western Plus in the area which evidently has a couple, but no one online had been able to verify anything about the Pyramids location. It was nice to be able to settle down for the night and not have to venture out to a fast charger.

Location I did not like. That the first night that I was there. Me and my kids checked in. Placed a couple of our belongs in the room. Then went to a family outing. We came back after 1ish in the am. We was dog tired. Took the rest of our stuff to the room. Pulled out the sofa bed and was very disappointed in what we saw. Will post pictures. I was upset because the man at the desk tired to argue with me like I was lieing. I did not get my deposit back. But the gave me my money back for the days we was supposed to stay. Which was 7 nights. Not sure why I didn't get my deposit when we didn't sleep in the bed or wasn't in the room for a whole hour.

Unclean bathroom with hairs on shower walls, and tub drain clogged with hair. Poorly attended late night front desk. Front desk clerks unfriendly and unwelcoming. Cheap and thin towels.

The room was clean Couldn't really work the TV. Also didn't like the$100 deposit after already booking and paying for the room in advance.

We didn't have time for the breakfast, just crabed bagel, juice, and coffee. I liked the little market area they had, The room was very clean and comfy. The only bad think about the hotel was that we were on the 4th floor and the hallways were very warm and stuffy.
