I had a good stay it was clean

Room not clean

very weak breakfast... no ice machine... screwed up our room keys.. young boy entered our room with his key... hallway smelled... really needs updated

Wasn't able to check in because system was down. Would not help us find other accomodations. Kept saying they couldn't call me because they did not have my phone number. I had spoken to them 2 days before to confirm. Gave them my phone number. Left 3 woman sitting in a dark parking lot to try and find other accomodations. They said they had my room but could not check me in. Staff was rude . Trying to blame it on me.

Expedia should remove this property.

The property was in a good location. However, since we arrived about 12:30 AM we were not allowed to check in despite the fact that we had already paid in full on Booking.com. The young lady at the desk actually complained that we were trying to check in so late and tried to charge the credit card even though it already paid in full on Booking.com.

They took my money and then when I came They said they didn’t have no rooms. The third shift staff was rude and not helpful

The staff was friendly/helpful The room was not clean, sticky floor, sink and shower did not drain, used qtips in the drawers. The breakfast was supposed to be muffins, oatmeal, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There were very few muffins and no hot chocolate

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in. The price was amazing.

Absolutely nothing other than location Looked like it was in a third world country!!! Smelled horrible like smoking was definitely allowed EVERYWHERE! A/C was broken in the room and no other room was available. Furniture position was awkward, bathroom was horrible! THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL I've entered into!!!

Nothing very unsatisfied Smelled terrible I bought all types of air freshers and still never got better, tub and sink stayed stopped up which made it uncomfortable to take a shower. Dishwasher was gross. Filthy seats in the kitchen area I just was very dissatisfied for my money my 2 days stay in room 307

The front desk lady was nice. They helped me out after Booking.com messed up. It was a little dirty and outdated. The tub needed to be resealed. Marijuana smell in the hotel. There was a flag hanging in the lobby that made me feel uncomfortable.

Hallways smelled like weed the entire time, tv was hard to operate - old, instant plain oatmeal and muffins and coffee was all that was available for breakfast…. Bathtub had cracked paint - had to put a towel down in the bottom of tub. Part of the hallway floor felt as if there was water damage and structural damage when walked on. I would not ever stay here again. We did not feel safe at all. Staff was nice - and about the only redeeming part of our stay.

We came out during breakfast but it was almost gone. They person attending the breakfast didn't fill up the eggs sausage biscuits etc and several people were still coming down for breakfast. We really like staying at this hotel it's clean and the new owners are so kind as we're the previous owners. Make sure breakfast items are ready for customers that come down between breakfast times but breakfast is low in supply.
