The staff was great. Especially the check in lady. The suite was wonderful. We were looking for two rooms and had even booked another in the area. Once we tried to check in to the other motel they said they didn’t have the multiple rooms even though online when we booked they said that they did. We got a refund for that room and booked this one last minute. Breakfast was really good for a motel breakfast. Would recommend and would stay her again.

First room we were put it was not yet prepared and clean. Staff was good and got us another room that was done. Bed was terrible. Shower head needs replaced. Working on renovations. Quiet even though right by the highway

The lady at the front desk when I checked in was so sweet and helpful, I later went to ask for a few more towels and she was more than happy to help. They had a system outage that day and even though it had been chaotic she still had a smile on her face and handled everything so well. The hotel room was very clean as well as the whole establishment. 10/10 recommend if you’re in town and needing a hotel.

Bring back a hot tub Cleaning in between stays needs to be better- there was some stuff in the doors and the refrigerator was leaking water

Hotel was clean, our room was huge and we loved it. We were in a room on the side of 465 and never heard the traffic at night. Pool was nice and clean as well. Staff were friendly when we checked in and any time we walked past. Super close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean. Hallways had areas of super strong cleaning fragrance but room was ok. The breakfast was actually wonderful with taco meat for breakfast burritos one day and shredded pork one day.

We stayed the weekend and we had no complaints. One of the best parts of our stay was having all of our needed amenities in arms reach in the kitchen with a full refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner stove. We would definitely stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton again.

This is about the best hotel I've ever stayed in... cleanliness, amenities, comfort, etc.

The breakfast was wonderful!

The room was really big, and the rate was superb. It had the best bed, and full sized pillows! The room had several spots on the floor that were squishy and creaking when you walked over them. The hand towel holder wasn't screwed in and fell off the wall. The room was so long and the TV was so big that it didn't face the couch or the bed and the dresser had to be moved to keep the TV from falling off. The front desk staff was great. We slept in so didn't get breakfast. The room was very clean. I would stay again.

The refrigarator was installed backwards. i couldnt even open the door. Towels were dingy. The remote for the TV didn't work. Young lady at the front desk mumbled so I could hardly understand her. Won't be staying there again.

The best thing about our stay was front desk clerk, Larry, he was above and beyond helpful and caring. The hotel is due for an update. Shower door was loose, the bathroom sink stopper was missing, the hideabed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel and room were clean. Husband said breakfast wasn’t very good.

Cons- smelled like marijuana the whole time in our room, tried to let them aware, but no one was around. So we bought air freshener. Sprayed all the time. The noise from the interstate was awful! Had the fan running and tv on every night just to block the noise out.
