The scent is too strong. But room is bigger

Bathroom light was messed up, staff were not helpful in getting a refund for checking out early. Could hear upstairs guests being loud.

despite this property being incredibly outdated in the exterior and some components of the rooms and bathroom, the bedroom was incredibly convenient and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were incredibly immaculate. Everything goes of hair clean. It was just really old. the rate was great for a week long work trip.

Slept ok, showered ok. No frills, needs a lot of fixing things. Room smelled weird, not cleaning chemical smell. Like sour sewer smell.

Needs new mattresses !!!!

Very clean and smelled good. Perfect for an overnight stop with our pet. Didn’t try the breakfast so unable to speak to the food but the gym looked ok!

Staff were the best part of the stay - friendly & professional. The hallways were smelly, rooms lacked updating, cracked tub (not a little crack, I mean CRACKED). It was overpriced for the quality of the property and I would not recommend it.

Easy parking, staff was friendly & helpful, but didn't fix the bar sink outside the bathroom (barely a flow from the cold side). Had no hand soap at arrival. Shower from next door or below our room #204 was really loud on the morning we checked out. Breakwast was same old watery scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy with very little sausage. Room temperature Sunny D juice, and flavorless coffee. Didn't keep the foods refilled often enough. Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment, but we ate it anyway.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Tv was hard to use/basic remote with no guide. The timers on the auto lights with motion sensors were set too short

Check in process was smooth, staff are friendly and the lobby looks inviting, but that's where the positives end with this hotel. Grass outside was mid-calf high and was the first sign that this hotel isn't maintained well. Our room was extremely outdated from the chain lock as the only locking mechanism, to the bathroom that we didn't feel comfortable showering in the discolored tub with the dirty shower head. Dried toothpaste was all down the front of the vanity, and the toilet didn't flush fully which I notified the front desk of. Noise levels were minimal except for the elephant on the 2nd floor that stomped around and a yapping dog in the morning. This hotel is very outdated, not clean and we had a fear of bringing bed bugs home thanks to the discolored sheets that had small blood stains on them. We didn't see any active bugs moving but felt itchy during our stay. We should have paid the extra money for a hotel down the street, or even the one across the street looked much more welcoming. Overall we didn't feel comfortable or safe staying here and will find another place to stay next time.

If I could give this place a negative number I would. I booked this hotel initially to come into town for a wedding. When I stepped into the lobby the scent they had was so strong it was a punch in the face, I thought maybe it was just the lobby but when I got to my room it was just as bad. I always do a bed check when I get somewhere and when I got here there were crumbs on the bed and the pillows and sheets were yellow. I tried to thug it out because it was 3am when I got in and was just going to sleep in the couch. Between the smell and the yellow pillows the dirty sheets and crumbs I didn’t even stay I checked out an hour later to go to a different hotel. As someone with asthma I do not recommend this hotel. I booked through Expedia and when I asked to cancel my stay in person they said they couldn’t do anything and that I had to go through Expedia I told them it told me to contact them. When I mentioned the yellow pillows and crumbs on the bed the front desk guy scoffed at me, will not book here ever again

Good staff.

Staff was polite. Room, especially bathrooms, felt run down. Water damage on bathroom walls. Toilet seat broken. Tv remote didn't work (staff replaced it). I asked for 2 additional towels, and was given towels that looked like they were used to clean a dirty floor. I assume clean, but shouldn't have been to guests. Room had an unusual smell. Breakfast was decent. No complaints there. Overall disappointed.
