when arrived entry was being worked on so walkway was dirt. entered room and had very sticky floors from remodeling. shower is small and floor was sticky. overall decent stay would have been better if cleaning was better on the floors so not sticky. first floor is actually basement so you look out window ground level.

I wasn’t pleased at check-in when I found out a 100.00 deposit was required. This was supposed to be returned to me at check out and it wasn’t I am going on day two with no return of this unannounced deposit. I think this should be noted by Expedia.

Great room with new kitchenette appliances - very clean and nice. Good price. No amenities at all (coffee, breakfast, water, dish detergent for dishwasher) and major renovations under way at property; no elevator. Room fan was very noisy. Had no problems but it is not for every traveler.

I refused to stay there. It was a dump site!
-
The staff members were not helpful. The lobby looked unkept and the service was subpar.
-
The booking indicated a "grab and go" breakfast, but none (or coffee) was offered.
-
The room was clean but there wasn’t any staff around and no breakfast that was advertised I would not stay there again.
-
They were in the process of remodeling so everything was a little bit of a mess

Newly remodeled

It felt like they opened up that day, but it’s on par with any hotel I’ve been too.

Well... they are renovating the whole thing. My room was very nice and quiet and clean. No elevator as its being installed to bring building up to code. It had a very... urban thug vibe when I pulled with a chickenhead prowling the lot. The driveway was very '87 Beirut with deep chugholes everywhere supposedly to be renovated also. For the price for one night and location to restaurants, it was okay. I'll give it a couple years before considering another stay.

The hotel was under renovation, so there were quite a few things out of order. I had to go next door to get myself checked in, and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to be helped. The toilet set in our room was only half attached, and the sink drain was plugged. Upon checking out, I had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to show up to get checked out. Not the worst experience I’ve had, and I do understand there are renovations taking place.

Room was clean and updated. Hotel was under major construction, which was not indicated in the listing. I had booked a King room and was given a double queen room (very small queen, more like a double bed). Only a half roll of toilet paper, no tissues. Some kind of machine or alarm was beeping the whole time we were there. No breakfast available. Not very secure with every outside door propped open. Some sketchy men drinking in the parking lot.
-
there was no room the hotel was closed due to construction
-
This location is not safe. People are at the front desk asking for their money back; and that they cannot continue to stay.
-
They canceled the booking as we went to checkin. Shady place, horrible front desk. Stay away for family and especially those with kids. Heaven for the druggies
-
Arrived to the hotel, they had no power in part of the hotel and had flooding in the lower level, so they cancelled all the reservations. Probably for the best, as the lobby stank of smoke and mold, and had multiple unpatched holes in the drywall
-
No AC on a 92 degree day. Wouldn’t refund. Wouldn’t move rooms. Hotels.com assistance non-existent

I was told they were booked up and didn’t understand why Expedia kept sending people. I had to spend more money finding a motel .
