Awful customer service.

Despite having the staff show me how to work the television, he instructed me poorly so that I could not select stations to use. The hallway was also noisy.

Great breakfast and coffee and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Don't ever stay there the place was dirty tv didn't work no coffee in room or lobby lock on out side doors do work just a bump

This hotel is quite dated. Room had a strong smoke smell. I guess I got what I paid for, but still paid too much. At least the linens were clean.

We checked in looked at our room it smelled horrible there was trash on the floor, and MOLD ON THE WALL behind the bed! Look at 3 rooms and they all had mold problems and poorly kept!

Now onto the bathroom, the mirror looked like someone spit on a rag and wiped it down. When I went to take a shower after my hard day of work. I was greeted by the previous persons hair in the tub. We I thought I was gonna get a hot shower I put the handle on hot and received cold water. I do maintenance for a living so I realized the knuckle head put the handle cartridge in backwards. So the hot was cold and the cold was hot. I would actually like to receive a call regarding my experience. 1-815-823-5893 TIM

Was clean and nice. Helpful front desk and service with towels. Good breakfast daily. Nice place. Great great value

The property needs work. It worked for the two nights we needed but I would not stay again.

Breakfast was not good at all, eggs were cold, Bacon wasn’t done and it was the same thing everyday. The hallways were dirty, the parking lot smelled like asphalt, the 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. Won’t stay here again.

The place kind of looked run down overall. Our mirror and lock were both broken, but the desk clerk told me when we checked out that our room should never have been available. He didn’t know why it was. The facility wasn’t that impressive.

The property is in desperate need of updating. Broken windows, paint peeling in rooms, curtains hanging off track. Poor lighting, hard to work tv remote, when u finally get a channel after 10 mins it goes all static. The carpets are sticky and old. There is a funky smell throughout the place and the staff tries very hard to mask it. The hotel was kept up. They are always spraying stuff and cleaning with strong products. The beds are clean. The pool itself was refreshing and the waffle maker saved our breakfast. For the cost of our stay it was way overpriced.

Everything was wonderful. Would stay here again and recommend to others. Awesome coffee ! Even in the rooms!!

Never crean the rooms,the rooms huelen weird

Very good and friendly owners

Pool was clean . The breakfast was on point. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have was,the bathtub was slick when showering. The microwave was rusting on the inside. The mini fridge was iced over,and the TV didn't work the first night of my stay . Other than those things . It was a good location with lots of restaurants and stores that were in walking distance

This is middle of the road slightly above average for those in traveling sports. Stayed here with a 15yr old and felt comfortable.
