Convenient location. Housekeeping was so friendly and kind. A/C didn’t work in the room. Went to say something to the staff at shift change and it was odd. They spoke a different language (other than English) and it was like a joke to them. It did get fixed. Checking out the as a bit annoying as well. Y'all want us out at 11 then there’s no one at the desk bc of some other peoples room that one person can’t handle. Understandable that stuff happens. I travel for work (this was to visit family and friends). Days Inn is definitely hit or miss for sure.

Pool was closed but not noted until we checked in. There was a large deposit that was not listed on the hotel listing. There was mold in the AC unit. Waiting for someone to help at the front desk for over 20 minutes and people screaming in the lobby at each other.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. We checked in around 4 and were running late so we literally threw out bags on the beds, checked the beds for bugs as I always do and found none. Then changed and left during to being late gor an event. When we returned to out room a little after midnight is when we actually paid attention to more detailed. Shower looked like someone cleaned grease off in it and it was not cleaned properly, as well as lord knows what on the bathroom door and shower curtain. When my issues were taken to the front counter, they told me there was nothing they could do. We definitely did not stay there and lost that money because I was told they could bot refund me my money because we didn't instantly bring issues to them.

Attend our us in ground level room for my handicapped husband, I unknowingly found out that the room was process of renovatio, so the appearance and condition wasn't to its best. The room had a foul smell and floors were not swept, the refrigerator wasn't working and it had spoiled leftover foods in 3 carryout containers and mold on inside doors. Cleanliness is important for us as well as comfort.

Minimum things in the room, like no plastic cups, no hand soap. the bed was comfortable.

Terrible location. Not well kept. Dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly customer service The rooms were dirty the first room had holes and stains on the linen. Hair was all over the bed. The second room had roaches. It was very uncomfortable. We did not stay there the customer service attendant took pictures. And said he would cancel our stay.

We did not get up on time you had breakfast so I never knew that If they update

Staff was nice The place was not really clean. The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly and some of the electrical outlets were not working. This was bad because my husband uses a CPap machine.

The room cleaner is not good. There is a Health safety issue.

This is one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever ver stayed in. They never changed my sheets, the was cockroaches everywhere, pee colored stains on the bed. Really bad breakfast it was giving dollar tree food. The outside doors never locked so you would always see homeless people going in and out as they pleased. And staff was rude only nice one was the cleaning lady and she did not do a good job cleaning. If you’re looking for something affordable, safe and clean DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Beds was not clean no toilet paper in restroom. Housekeeping keeps bothering u housekeeper goes through ur stuff when not there
