My room was dirty and there was old food in my room the light switch didn't work there is also a deposit that they don't tell you about till you book it

The refrigerator was super old and the freezer has a lot of ice stuck on the top making the refrigerator leak. We had to put towels around it. The indoor pool was closed and around 8:30 am staff started knocking on people's rooms to see if they were empty. The speak loud while working in hallways and let the door slammed shut when going into a room to clean. Its awful if you stay more than one day like us. We tried to sleep and it was impossible they were so loud.

No elevator so you have to carry luggage to the 2nd floor,the toilet seat had a missing screw so it was falling off and I’m not sure if the toilet was bolted down because it moved when I sat down

The pool was not opened. Breakfast was very limited. Bathroom unsanitary.

Room was ok. Elevator was broken so I had to climb the steps

The reason we booked this hotel was because they had an indoor pool for our children. Unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance. Furthermore, we called in advance in order to prepare for early check-in. They told us to arrive and there would be a $25 fee upon arrival. Come to find out they did not have a room available for us until normal check-in so we had to find something to do with our children for 2 hours because we were not able to check in and on top of that we couldn't take them swimming because the pool was closed. The staff was very friendly and very nice. The area is nice and convenient as far as locations concerned. However, other clientele was rather sketchy. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were quite nice

There is no elevator you have to carry your luggage up the steps. I asked for one extra pillow and blanket. I was told there was none available. The pool water was the coldest water I’ve ever felt. There were no towels down in the pool area. Also went to go in and it was locked. Breakfast needs help

Roaches in the room and dirty

The room was as clean as it could be. It was definitely showing age. The tiles for the jacuzzi tub were coming off, and the bathroom seemed really cramped. Our door "chain" lock was broken, and our key cards both quit working at some point. Overall, the facility just needs a really good face-lift and some TLC. The staff was great, and easy to work with.

nothing Breakfast was a joke, beds were crap, staff were super rude, place was dirty, pool wasn't open, people hanging out outside at all entrances all hours of day and night, insecure entry doors, no screens in any windows and they fully opened, key cards constantly deactivating so we had to go to the front desk to get to work again, and the place stunk! Smelt like mold and stinky feet! DO NOT STAY HERE! TERRIBLE! We will never be back to this hotel!

Breakfast was bare minimum. Could of seen a few more choices.

Floors were slippery Microwave and fridge were nasty and old Showers were old and nasty

bed was comfortable the room needs an upgrade, Stained sink. When I plugged my charger into an outlet, it just fell right out. The room just felt unclean

Room was filthy. Shower looked like it has not been cleaned in months. Black mold in sink. Security door from the outside to inside did not work so anyone could get in. Will never stay there again.

Breakfast was included but they were out of almost everything. Very disappointed. Bathroom in room is so small door barely closed. Won’t stay here again.

Need to upgrade The sheet was dirty they don’t provide clean sheets claim the laundry is closed at a certain time the covers on the bed was mesh the beds was uncomfortable I was bit by some all down my arm bathroom super little pool smelled like ass drunk man came inside causing problems they had to call the cops on him

It was relatively inexpensive. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Steep stairs to the second floor, no elevator, tiny reception counter fronted with plexiglass, employee acted like I was trying to steal something when I was looking for the pool, bath/shower was filthy, area by front doors littered with cigarette butter all weekend.

Safe area, lots of restaurants and stores nearby Very outdated. The bathroom was disgusting. The couch was broken down and old. The mini fridge was dirty and made terrible noise all night
