Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Carmel

It’s always great to have free breakfast included. Love the courtyard. My daughter‘s room was on the first floor with a patio exit to the courtyard, which was nice. Rooms were nice and spacious. The indoor pool was closed for renovations so although that was a notification on the website, it was still disappointing not to have access to the indoor pool because the outdoor pool was very cool for the kids to swim. Wish there was a price adjustment when all facilities aren’t available.

I reached out to Expedia multiple times trying to get the situation resolved, but they would not provide a refund or even a credit. I expected much better customer service, especially when the hotel clearly did not meet basic cleanliness standards. After this experience, I would be very hesitant to book through Expedia again.

Great stay all around!! Need to improve on the digital key option. Was never able to use it for my room and only one of the outside doors would accept it.

Breakfast was exceptional

Exceptional

The pool was under construction so I couldn't go swimming or get in the hot tub

Superb

breakfast is good

The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nice location that was convenient, quiet & clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would have liked a more competitive price.

Would have liked a more competitive price.

It was close to the hospital where we needed to go Bathroom was a little small but it was still great

I don't even know where to begin. We had a room block for my daughter's wedding. Our guests all had such an amazing experience and hotel staff was so helpful!

Paid extra for a room with a patio. We checked in and prepaid. Were not told that the hot tub and the indoor pool was closed for renovations. Went out to the patio and there were power tools and mud all over the patio and the patio furniture. Will not visit this location again

Good breakfast and nice clean comfortable rooms Closed pool, didn't know untill I read the door announcement

The welcome food. The cleanliness, location. They said a pool was open but didnt tell us that we had to walk thru a construction zone to get to it.
