Maybe the price is right, but the facility is a little bit old and can use an upgrade. I’m picky about my breakfast food and like to have nonfat yogurt, and real maple syrup.

Room was clean but the sofa was badly stained, the hallway smelled like mildew, the floor of one elevator was really dirty for the 3 days I was there. Highway noise was very noticeable all night.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the room I was eventually given had a sink that wouldn’t drain. The elevators were also dirty and never vacuumed. The next day, I complained and tried to change hotels, but they refused to reimburse me. Instead, they moved us to another room, which ended up being fine and I got the refund for the second payment and no other compensation was offered. So, after that experience, I won’t be staying at that hotel again. Even with all that said, I can’t say the staff was rude or unwilling to help. They did the best they could within the limitations of what management allowed them to do, and I appreciate their efforts. .

Hotel was clean but could use a renovation. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of after hour noises coming from the floor above (after 11pm). Sounded like kids running up and down the hallway. Location was good and in a rather quiet area with other hotels. Would stay again.

The dining room table was also in poor condition, with a modified leg that did not adequately support the tabletop. Throughout our stay, the room felt extremely humid and had a musty odor. The bathroom had no apparent ventilation, causing moisture to linger long after showers and making it uncomfortable even to dry off. The bathroom itself had several issues. The door was difficult to open and close because it constantly stuck and felt like an old rusted garage door. The toilet sat unusually low to the ground, and the flush handle had to be held down for the tank to refill properly. The main bed was also well past its prime. It sagged significantly and felt unstable, reminding me of an old couch that had been heavily worn out over the years. Overall, the room appeared to need substantial maintenance and updating. I hope management addresses these issues because the room did not meet expectations for comfort or functionality.

It was well below the standards expected of the Marriott brand: Badly in need of renovation & cosmetic repair, the pool was out of service & breakfast was repeatedly interrupted by an overbearing female manager who loudly & arrogantly belittled the staff

Staff was great and very attentive. The hotel is in serious need of an update. From the old carpet, shower head with parts missing, rusty bathtub and tons of dirt and dust throughout the room. I think that our room heard every flush, shower and sink flow, all very loud. Nice to have fridge and microwave

The property was located in a good area. I was disappointed that the pool was closed. What really made me give low scores was when we arrived we didn’t have a room. Somehow booking.com never relayed them the information. We had to wait for 30 minutes before we were connected to someone from booking.com. In the meantime we were supposed to be at my grandson’s baseball tournament, which we didn’t get there til 45 minutes later. Residence Inn finally had a room for us, which I was so happy for. Otherwise we would have returned back home. I’m thankful we went to the hotel when we arrived rather than to the baseball game. Otherwise it would have been very late at night to try to sort things out. Not having an operable pool. We were offered the hotel pool across Residence Inn.

Staff was great, they got extra sheets for us when needed. Wouldnhave been 5 ⭐, but in 5 nights room was cleaned once.

Very old needs updating but it was clean and convenient

The free breakfast was good, although the scrambled eggs were clearly not real eggs. Loved the waffle maker and the variety of choices though. The overall feel of the Inn was dated. They could use a major update to be competitive with other residence facilities. The pool was closed, most likely temporarily, but that didn't help during my one week stay. The bath shower valve did not work properly, it was hard to pull up and even then it wouldn't go all the way...it needs to be replaced. I bought a bath mat to keep from slipping in the shower. A low counter top and low toilet in the bathroom were not up to par.

Elevators needed vacuuming. Swimming pool unavailable. Work out room meager. Front desk friendly and helpful. Housekeeper did a good job cleaning the room.

The curtain, shades, lampshades & carpet need to be updated. The staff was extremely helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

Room was dirty , bedding stunk , AC didn’t work in first room . Black grease on carpet throughout, counter dirty , disappointing as it was a Marriott property. Night staff helpful , tried to contact about late arrival couldn’t get any answers numerous times
