Hyatt Place Indianapolis Carmel

We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call. I have stayed at this property three times over the last year and will not again. (Unrelated side note: While she was friendly, the front desk person at check in never even asked for my ID. I offered it and she said she didn’t need it.)

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. Not only were the rooms furnished comfortably, they were also clean and well maintained. Some hotels often need small cosmetic repairs but not here. From the look of things it seems they take care of any repairs in a timely basis with care. I consistently saw hotel employees cleaning and maintaining in the breakfast area hallways, and anywhere else guests would be in the hotel. Front desk was pleasant and accommodating wasting no time to give you what you ask for. Breakfast was one of the best cooked and refreshed to give each guest the benefit of quality food. There was plenty of variety, even day to day, with the breakfast options so it should be something for almost anyone. The location was nicely located nearby a variety of restaurants and convenience stores without driving miles. For the price we paid, it was definitely worth every dollar.

A $100 cleaning fee seems steep for a dog one night in an uncarpeted room. Did it really cost you $100 to run a vacuum? Whereas we stayed at a Home 2 Suites the following night, and there was no pet fee at all. They got it right.

New and extremely clean. Room was spacious and lobby as big with lots of seating to spend time with friends or family.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was super clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, and the entire property was well maintained. The experience felt like staying in a 4-star hotel. Nice place to stay, convenient location

Great location for attending an event at Lucas Oil. Train cars were a fun experience for the kids. Parking was tough with the construction in the area.

We had a small issue with a sink when we got there but were quickly given a new room. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Best time ever!

Friendly staff, huge room, bar ?. Finding the hotel. Getting there from I-65 N was horrendous. Construction everywhere, u-turns, hard to navigate all the orange cones, which one was the lane you’re in/need to be in, etc. what a complete mess. Stress level high, why we needed a drink from the bar.

This was my second time stay with hyatt, I really loved the location, cleanness, and friendly staff. Its just 3-4 min from my client location. Rooms are really big. Will visit again for sure.
