The staff was helpful, the room was clean, and the check-in/check-out process was simple. Loved our experience.

Breakfast is good. Fitness center was very small and limited. Fitness center is one reason why i might choose not to stay there. Room and room service was top notch.

Misplaced our medication case upon packing up with the kids, I called later that evening once we arrived home and realized it had been left. The front desk said they had located it, took my information and said she would get it sent out. I waited for a week to give mail time to move, I called again. This operator stated that nothing would be sent out without first filing a lost item via a third party website, and that only then could they ship stuff out. Annoyed by the lack of correct communication I filed for the missing med case, today received an email stating it was not found even though on the phone with the first operator she stated it was in her hands and being sent out. I called again to verify what was happening only for the operator to state they had no idea what happened or where it's at. The whole process is super frustrating and a waste of time.

Where was the safe? To keep my things when we went out?? As far as I could tell there was no safe. And there was no phone number - no way to call the front desk to ask anything. No way to contact anyone for anything. What if we needed clean towels, maybe soap, where was the ice? No contact information at all. I felt very vulnerable - would not stay here again except for close access to Ritz Charles.
