My husband and I both walk with canes, and I felt that the staff should have offered to handle the luggage cart. Particularly when we opted to spend an extra night and that required changing rooms. The room was great, but the TV wouldnt maintain a signal, and we were trying to watch the Fevet WBNA game. We called the front desk twice. First time the maintenance man came to the door and said they have been having problems with that. Second time we called, he came in but accomplished nothing.

They provide microwave and fridge, pretty helpful. The bathroom is clean. The only thing is the hair drier is dirty, I can see lots of dust at the bottom. Hope they can clean them. Overall staff are friendly, send water and tower pretty quickly. Plenty parking space. I got a room facing the pond, nice view.
