The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. However, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied - luckily we noticed pizza boxes in the hall outside the door and heard voices in the room. Otherwise we would have walked I. With our programmed keys to another family. The rooms were very spacious and for the most part appeared clean - otherwise than stains on the couch cushions. We did not visit the pool during our stay but did notice an oily-appearing film on top of the water when we walked by. The perfume / deodorizer used in the hallways was exceptionally strong and a bit bothersome even in the room itself.

Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary. Thank You

The bathroom in our room needed repairs or a complete remodel. Our 3-night stay was crowded and noisy with baseball and softball teams and families. The teens were loud in the hallways well past a decent bedtime. Nobody was enforcing quiet hours - no parents and no staff. The breakfast foods were not replenished often enough. They were out of plates and food the entire 3 hours it was open. Either they could not keep up or there were more people eating breakfast than were booked in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for these reasons. The front desk employees were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Location was very good parking was excellent local diner across parking lot and hotel was older but in decent condition. Great value for the area.

The staff were all very kind. When I went to take a shower, the shower mat was folded on the tub like it was clean but it was wet. So that was disturbing.

The other issues was we booked a king bed with a sofa which was also on my confirmation but the only wanted to give us was 2 double beds and a sofa. After having to try 3 different rooms we did end up with a king with a sofa. Was a horrible experience.

Never got to stay in the hotel that I reserved and no real reason provided. Assume they overbooked or because we booked through Hotels.com vs. the direct hotel app we were not given a room. No juice for breakfast and 2nd morning had no hot food which is not good when you have a kid playing in a tournament. Overall disappointed with the experience and still had to pay the same price.

The hotel is located in a great spot, just north of town yet close enough to the highway and bypass for easy Indy navigation! Great food options nearby as well. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We will stay here again when we return to town. Leaving. We were on an 8-day jaunt around Indiana staying at different places. We did not want to leave, as this was one of the nicest places we stayed on our travels, and it was one of the most affordable places we stayed.

They won’t respond to booking requests. Multiple phone calls placed and unable to get any answers. Fire alarms went off at 3am during my stay and the whole hotel had to walk outside. False alarm.

I stayed pn a Friday night for a Conference that started at 7:30 am at a neighboring hotel. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready. They had always ready and hot coffee in the lobby and it was ice cold in the coffee thermos like it had been there for more than 24 hours. The room was nice and clean but I was disappointed with the only amenity I tried to take advantage. The pool was posted close the whole time I was there. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the ice machine was broken so I went to use the one on the 2nd floor and it had been removed. Hot shower clean room nothing else.

Very clean and excellent hospitality

The breakfast was terrible. Very little choices. Good thing the waffle maker worked. Better choices for breakfast & updated rooms. The hallway was very stained.

It was located in the high end of town. Our hospital was across the highway where my wife is having various appointments on June 8 and surgery on June 24.th. We will also be staying there on the 23rd & 24th for me to stay close. N/A

Orvina , front of the desk was exceptional , she went out of her way to help me and it was also noted how she made herself available to all requests in the foyer of the hotel

The room was nice and spacious it had everything you need for a weekend and more. The staff was nice and helpful and it was easy to check in.

The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were a great value. The shower in my room has yellowed and looks outdated. Additionally, the TV was difficult to see from my bed. The swivel mount was very loose and would not stay in place.
