Check in gave is key to third floor room. Went to room and it was occupied. Not good. Back to front desk on first floor. She apologized and said she meant to put us in the room across the hall, and gave us new key for that room. Got to room on third floor, key won’t work. Went back to from desk. She apologized and gave us a different t room on the first floor. The moment the door opened, hit with a heavy musty wet basement smell. Got all our stuff in and unpacked. Discovered a lot of condensation and peeling paint in the bathroom. The exhaust fan didn’t work. The carpet between the AC unit and the bed was saturated. We put the extra blanket on the floor to help soak it up. Breakfast was ok. Standard stuff. Except the coffe was Luke warm. Prob should have given a zero rating.

While the area surrounding the property was convenient, I have never been more disappointed in a booking choice. The exterior and main entrance of hotel were well-maintained; however, the halls and rooms smelled stagnant. We were forced to move rooms in the middle of the night after noticing ants crawling in the bed, window, and floor. While appreciate the attentiveness of the staff, the room we switched was poorly cleaned. Dirty diapers were left in the rooms trash. If our travel saw us staying more than one night, I would have booked different accommodations.

Bed mattresses are way too hard. Very difficult sleeping and stiff the next day. Staff tried to help but didn't help much.

room were clean and OK. The property is tired. Broken entry doors, very hot lobby, elevators had cosmetic damage.

I and my family have stayed here many times and I have the place clean, convenient, quiet and pleasant. Breakfast is provided and their coffee is very good.

We liked the friendly staff, the room itself, basically everything but one thing which I will address in the next box. The breakfast could have been better--the coffee was lukewarm, the eggs also. The waffle was good, and there were other options but I have been to other spots with a more inviting, warm breakfast.

The beds were very hard

Main reason for the bad review is no hot water for shower showering. We were there a week and made three contacts to the front desk. And nothing was done.

Convenient, pretty clean! Breakfast didn't start until 7:00 am., which is pretty late for a hotel breakfast. I specifically chose the hotel instead if a more spacious Airbnb, to cut the stress of grabbing breakfast in the morning. Due to the time, we were unable to enjoy any of it.

I liked breakfast the best. The large couch inside our suite was nice too.

Helpful desk staff when we checked in late in the evening, including making a visit to the room to deliver some needed supplies.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Very easy to work with.

The continental breakfast was actually good, more than a normal continental breakfast and the attendant kept it supplied. The bananas, however, were too ripe to be edible. I probably would try to find another place to stay if I were traveling to Indianapolis again.

The hotel needs updating. Could use bigger pillows.

Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean and quiet.

They then overcharged me. I have called them three times and still have not received a refund or response from the manager.
