Hardest bed I've ever laid on. Toilet ran all night long. Carpets in hallways dirty and worn.

Great stay! Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff.

Front desk staff kept telling us to ask again tomorrow. Until the last day we were told it was too late to cancel. Manager told me I was getting wrong information because staff was all new in the last two weeks. Still wouldn't refund us when we didn't stay the last night. Woke up in the middle of the night with an ant crawling on my face!

Last day they had a plumbing problem and we didn’t have access to water, we couldn’t take a shower or even wash our faces, tried to use the room phone which was not working, I used my cellphone to call the reception and asked them at least to provide us with a couple of water bottles and the receptionist was very rude and told I have to get by myself since it’s not a full service hotel.

Room was clean, check in easy, beds comfortable. Would stay here again

Rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are a bit hard and the shower door never keeps the water in. The only other bad thing is the ice machines are on every other floor. If your location is catering to travel sports families, put the ice machines on all the floors. Other than those things this place is great!

The room was dirty, the sofa was soiled and had an order. The facility did not have water for a few hours, when I spoke to the staff about the issues he was very rude and did not care.

I booked a double bed room but upon arrival was told they over booked and only a king with a pull out was available. We all know a sofa and pull are not the same quality of sleep as a bed. BEWARE when speaking with the manager I was told when booking through a 3rd party you are guaranteed a room, NOT the room you booked. I was offered to call hotels.com and work with them to get money back since it was prepaid but that would have taken go long as we were all tired. Needless to say for a Springhill by Marriott at the price, I expect better, There was a huge water leak off the main lobby. You could hear water pouring out the ceiling, water stains all on the first floor ceiling. The washer in the laundry room was broken and rigged to work, The trash in the laundry looked like it hadn’t been taken out in days. Our room was nice, but the sofa and pull out bed was hard. The room only had one set of bedding linens for the 2 sleeping spaces. Save yourself the hassle, stay somewhere else.

nice and quiet

The property is in need of updating and maintaining with care. The workout facility was missing weights and was not deep cleaned. Our room had miss matched paint and the door did not completely close. The air conditioner in the lobby did not function. On our last day the toilet stopped working. This made for an uncomfortable stay.

We waited in line for about 30 minutes to check in. A front desk employee was running back and forth from this property and the Residence inn next door to check in guests at both places. We left for dinner and when we returned I found out our toilet was stuffed up and overflowing. I talked to the front desk employee and she mentioned there was nothing she could do. She couldn’t move me to another room because they were sold out and maintenance wasn’t available. My family and I had to go downstairs to use the restroom in the lobby. Our fold out couch wouldn’t fold out so my kids had to sleep on the floor. An employee brought me a plunger so I could unclog the toilet. We didn’t sleep well and it was not a comfortable stay at all. This was a very different Marriott experience.

Bed was very uncomfortable. All the breakfast stuff was cleared long before it was supposed to. We had to eat at a restaurant. Lobby and hallways were hot and humid, the air felt very stagnant. Two of us checked in but they gave us one cold bottle of water.

New standard for Marriott? Looks like it. Sad. Marriott to be avoided going forward.

Everything was good

The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. However, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied - luckily we noticed pizza boxes in the hall outside the door and heard voices in the room. Otherwise we would have walked I. With our programmed keys to another family. The rooms were very spacious and for the most part appeared clean - otherwise than stains on the couch cushions. We did not visit the pool during our stay but did notice an oily-appearing film on top of the water when we walked by. The perfume / deodorizer used in the hallways was exceptionally strong and a bit bothersome even in the room itself.

Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary. Thank You

The bathroom in our room needed repairs or a complete remodel. Our 3-night stay was crowded and noisy with baseball and softball teams and families. The teens were loud in the hallways well past a decent bedtime. Nobody was enforcing quiet hours - no parents and no staff. The breakfast foods were not replenished often enough. They were out of plates and food the entire 3 hours it was open. Either they could not keep up or there were more people eating breakfast than were booked in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for these reasons. The front desk employees were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Location was very good parking was excellent local diner across parking lot and hotel was older but in decent condition. Great value for the area.
-
The other issues was we booked a king bed with a sofa which was also on my confirmation but the only wanted to give us was 2 double beds and a sofa. After having to try 3 different rooms we did end up with a king with a sofa. Was a horrible experience.

Never got to stay in the hotel that I reserved and no real reason provided. Assume they overbooked or because we booked through Hotels.com vs. the direct hotel app we were not given a room. No juice for breakfast and 2nd morning had no hot food which is not good when you have a kid playing in a tournament. Overall disappointed with the experience and still had to pay the same price.
