The bathtub was not clean and the desk clerk I thought was taken care of it, but she didn’t so I told the second desk clerk and he did take care of it. The water was not turned all the way off so water was splashed in there, and there was a long black hair stuck in it.

Great stay- easy peasy. Breakfast was better than expectec.

Room was spacious, breakfast was fine at times overly busy to where items couldn't be kept stocked but staff was polite (-1) and helpful

The breakfast selection was excellent. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

It’s on the more expensive side when it comes to amenities and the cleanliness of the room/bathroom.

Some of the front desk staff are rude and not customer friendly which is rare to find in Carmel. We’ll give it one more chance. We like where the property is located but the hotel management should have a better costumer service traing program.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and had some very healthy choices

We really like staying here. The staff is attentive and seem to have a positive work culture. Our room was cleaned regularly and the breakfast was great! I wish they had a few more fruit options and pastry options for those who don’t eat meant or dairy/eggs. But that’s everywhere!

The hotel is clean and really nice for a 6 year old hotel. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Jordon, the front desk person, upon our arrival, made us feel welcome. She was friendly, efficient and very attentive.

Location and cleanliness I didn’t appreciate the loud staff standup at 0900 am. I realize breakfast was over at 09 but we often were still finishing up and those standups got very loud. Seems like it could’ve been done elsewhere? Or even at 0930

The hotel was great i loved how spacious the room was i loved u had actual plates and silverware and the walk in shower was great i especially loved how big the fridge was
