Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Carmel

Very nice facility, friendly staff!

Very clean room. Breakfast was usual continental, nothing special. Hotel is in great condition

The bathtub wouldn't drain, so I had to shower in a tub full of water that just wouldn't go down. The receptionist at the front desk wasn't friendly at all.

Beautiful property and very accommodating

Clean well maintained facility

staff was very nice.

A great overall experience!

Staff was very kind and helpful!

Staff are amazing

Superb

The room we stayed in was missing carpet and the air conditioner was a bit stinky. The location was really nice but inside could use updating.

Superb

Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good there.

Breakfast was decent rooms were clean staff was friendly

All one seeks for a stay away---clean room and premises, friendly, helpful staff, varied and plentiful breakfast options. Although not in downtown central Carmel, the area was safe with a few good restaurants and a food store within walking distance. Gym and pool looked inviting--not used this visit as they were pretty crowded with teen athletes staying in area for competitions. Staff handled all smoothly.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Never had this great of service - highly recommend to others.

Very comfortable! Nice location. The

Great for a quick stay and very convenient for Carmel area amenities

Staff was helpful

My room was clean, and well taken care of. The only issue I had is the light around the mirror was burnt out, so there was only the light in the shower in the bathroom. I reported this, it was not good for make-up application, or putting in contacts.
