The room we stayed in was missing carpet and the air conditioner was a bit stinky. The location was really nice but inside could use updating.

Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good there.

All one seeks for a stay away---clean room and premises, friendly, helpful staff, varied and plentiful breakfast options. Although not in downtown central Carmel, the area was safe with a few good restaurants and a food store within walking distance. Gym and pool looked inviting--not used this visit as they were pretty crowded with teen athletes staying in area for competitions. Staff handled all smoothly.

My room was clean, and well taken care of. The only issue I had is the light around the mirror was burnt out, so there was only the light in the shower in the bathroom. I reported this, it was not good for make-up application, or putting in contacts.

Convenient location Internet didn’t work well at all. Room was small. Didn’t have a lot of room to put two suitcases or anything else. No bathtub. Water was hot. Bed was clean. Pillows were minimal. Expect more from this chain.
