Close to everything Dirty no house keeping rude and racist staff

Exceptional

First - The AC was not on when I entered the room. It was 104 degrees outside and pretty close to that inside. The Ac compressor would run for ten minutes, then shut off for ten. At 6am it had finally cooled to a reasonable level. Second - I lost count of the cigarette burn holes in the blankets. That's pretty lame housekeeping. (Non-smoking room) Third - When you close the curtains and turn the lights off, the exterior hallway lights lit up the room like Vegas. And the water tasted bad. But in end at least there wasn't a d**d h**ker in the bathtub.

The place is pretty outdated but the room is spacious and comfy. It has awesome big screen TV.

The property felt safe just old run down. The floor was dirty in the room. The rest room had specks of blood on the wall. Mattress was old felt the springs on my back. If you need a place to crash for a night in a pitch it is functional.

Staff was very friendly! Room was really clean. Did not get a chance to use the pool. Overall we had a very good stay!

Close to Tahoe and Reno Rooms smelled bad

This hotel was awful. Upon entering the room, we were hit by a strong smell of urine. We checked the sheets and found a bloodstain on one of them. Much of the enamel on the bathtub was flaking off. In addition, the vending machine didn't work.

Great place!

We got in after closing and the attendant came down to help us (around 12:30am). It looks well kept. But it is an older hotel.

This is honestly probably one of the worst places I've stayed in my life today. I'm in the military and have been deployed conditions were better than all of the places I've been. First night we arrived flies were everywhere in the room I managed to kill some of them. We're gone all the next day until about 12:00 at night came back and there was roaches and even more flies than the first night. Went down to the front desk to see if we could change rooms they said they couldn't cuz they were booked out then the individual work in the desk asked if WE wanted cleaning supplies to clean up the flies and the roaches. We turned our key cards in early and didn't even stay the second night. Sleeping in the car was better than that.

Really slow internet speed. Unusable at times.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful through the check-in. However, there were shady people in the parking lot playing loud music through the night, the non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. I paid for a two night stay and left the morning after our first night. Would not recommend to anyone, especially if you are staying with children.

Superb

Non smoking room was smoked in right before, false advertising saying continental breakfast with photos and there was nothing. Carpets smelled like urine. Every metal thing on the walls had slapped on paint. Very dirty, unfriendly staff up front.
