There are a few restaurant choices close enough to walk to, the pool was a good size and well shaded, the breakfast was decent and clean.

The bed was comfortable and staff was decent The smell was awful, showed up and they got mixed up and gave us the wrong room. Dirty bathroom and nasty broken fridge. Curtain was broke and had cigarette burns. Non smoking but very obviously has been smoked in.

Location, size and cleanliness of my room. Love having the appliances in my room. Great parking. It has a very spoiled smell. I know it’s the old carpet but it’s bad. Inside my room (hardwood laminate floors) it was fine, but it likes gagging when you open the door.

The reasonable price, the convenient location. Very small lobby. Showerhead barely working. No change of linen.

Location was great. Lots of restaurants/ shopping nearby. Shower was pretty gross and there was no shower curtain.

Water was turned off for part for the day without notice so no showers or toilets. Multiple broken down cars parked in the parking lot. Just a sadly run-down hotel

Clean and comfy bed! Clean room and bathroom. Very good and complete breakfast. Staff very helpful. No carpeting in the room!! Yeah! The weird configuration of the floors. The hallways could certainly stand new carpeting. The blackout curtains didn’t reach all the way down.

They told me to contact booking.com because toilet was not flushing and they gave me a dirty washcloth which I have a picture of

Roaches... plenty of them. They offered a new room but I did not want to wake up 4 kids at 12AM to switch a room. They also refused to give my full refund back for this. The only positive is that the roaches weren't in the bed.

It was a roomier suite separate from the main hotel. A couple of the electrical outlets didn’t work
