The room and the hotel were both in excellent condition and very clean.

The staff, and property were very good! Friendly!! The only complaint we had was the refrigerator in the room had to have a button pushed every two hours to keep the refrigerator on. The staff was very helpful and kept my wife’s medicine in the refrigerator downstairs, because she had expensive meds that had to be kept refrigerated.

There are limited food choices, but lots of restaurants near by. Our bathroom did not have Vents(ventilition) so it got a bit steamy at times, etc - something to look into. Also, as a light sleeper - noise from guests on top floor and cleaners were slighly annoying - but managable. Overall, wonderful stay and spacious hotel.

STAFF BARGED IN ROOM EARLY AM THINKING ROOM WAS VACANT

The only thing we didn’t like was availability of plug in spots on the nightstand. The USB ports didn’t work and the 2 electrical outlet plugs were too close together to put 2 chargers.

When we arrived, I found that our reservation had been cancelled. Unbeknownst to me, Booking.com notified me 1 hour before we arrived. We were turned away with no acceptable alternatives. I will not reserve there again nor through Booking.com again. Whole situation = unacceptable. Being turned away--reso cancelled--after it had been confirmed days before.

Hotel was great but we were told originally by staff that there was complimentary breakfast but the next morning when we inferred about it they said they didn’t have it.
