Front desk staff were very friendly! Walking into the hotel it looks and smells very clean and well maintained. The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in and it smelled great. My only complaints would be the shower floor is pretty slippery and the pillows are flat. Overall it was a very comfortable stay!

The staff were amazing! From the front desk to the bar area. Food was great and the room was comfortable and very clean!

It was a nice place, very clean. This is on me, but I thought the place included breakfast, and it does not. The buffet was $15, an unexpected expense for us. Again, though, I should have paid better attention even with the filters I used. Plenty of space.

The outdoor seating areas, size of suite and its amenities. There was an immediate odor upon entry into the hotel, the elevator had a different odor and the suite had a different odor as well. There were spots on the floor near the vanity area that remained there for the 3 night stay we were there. Long strands of hair were on the floor near the toilet, AC/ heating unit in the bedroom was very noisy and absolutely filthy with build up of dust which is not good for anyone to breathe in, the safe was not operating, the door to the suite had very noticeable fingerprint smudges all over it, and although not needed, it was apparent the kitchenette pan/pot and utensils were missing.

Everything was perfect, check in, customer service and the room and location was awesome, clean ,updated, and comfortable. Breakfast services were awesome as well Well worth the time and money. Weather.....lol but the Hotel/Staff was amazing!
