Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Raleigh / Cary by IHG

The staff were amazing. The outside was well lit, nicely maintained and felt very safe. The room had an odd smell when I would first go in - all week. I would turn the AC to a pretty cold temp and it helped. I did not eat breakfast there because I was at a program that gave us breakfast. Overall, it was very good and I would stay there again.

Room smelled musty. Pool had too much bleach. Breakfast should part of rom cost.

Our room was dirty so we were given a second one only to find a used condom! The pool was closed, the whole place smelled like weed and armpits and the front desk couldn’t be bothered. Unacceptable.

Clean rooms and staff was great!!

A/C does not maintain a consistent temperature. Breakfast buffet poor. A step below HI Express.

Horrible check-in policy. They won't allow anyone to check-in before 3pm. Lobby full of people waiting. Then at 3pm, the employees weren't ready to check people in. Then, once you recieve your room keys, they say your room isnt ready and to back to see when it is available. Horrible!!!!

Overall good , pool was excellent And gym is very small but ok.

The stay was ok. Not sure it’s super kid friendly.

The manager was very attentive and helpful The air did not work in the room and the toilet stopped up

So far on my opinion the only down for this hotel is the old carpet on the room if they would get rid of that and replace with wood or tile that will make it just great!!

The staff was great always around to help five stars

The staff were friendly and tried to help when they could Pool was broken but we were not informed (the entire reason we booked here was the pool). Then we were allowed to swim during evening hours but not during the day, despite the pool being broken? Breakfast was absolutely awful, definitely not worth 14 dollars. And the rooms were average, the bathroom had hairs on the floor, bath and toilet.
