Hotel and room were good sized and clean.

Shower head needed more pressure. Room was not cleaned, fresh towels during our stay.

The acoustics in the lobby were really loud. Was having trouble hearing the front desk person when checking in.

Pool was freezing. My kids wouldn’t even go in it was so cold. Otherwise the room was great. Thanks.

Everything was great! The only bad thing I would say is water pressure in the shower was sad but that seems to be the norm at most hotels.

Second stay here. Staff is nice, rooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast not included but is available. Food was good and waitstaff so nice. Definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean and smelled really nice. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had some issues with water draining in the bathroom and also with the ac in our room but maintenance was there within minutes of us calling and took care of it all quickly and professionally.

Nothing over the top but it was a good stat. I’d return for sure.

Everything and everyone was super nice except the pillows are too soft and go flat. Also, one elevator wasn’t working and patrons that stay there often told us that it’s been broken for quite some time. The staff at the front desk and at the bar and breakfast area were fabulous!
