My friends and I planned to go to the Kehlani concert at Coastal Credit Union Music Park and I wanted to find a hotel that was close to the venue. It was also our first time in Raleigh. I was very happy with this hotel and how close it was to literally everything. Everywhere we went was within 30 minutes or less. Close to the highway, shopping centers all around and food is close. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the pool was open and amazing, and the staff were amazing. I called a day before our stay and Steven answered and he was so nice on the phone and I got to check in with his help and he was nice in person and greeted me with the biggest smile, and gave some good warm cookies. That cookie was really delicious. We didn’t have the breakfast but it’s a good variety, they have complimentary water and coffee, and a bar in the lobby that we didn’t get to try but it’s there from 5-11pm which is great time to enjoy some drinks. Also, parking was plentiful every time we came in and out even after midnight. It was also very quiet in the area and on our floor which I really loved. I really enjoyed my stay here and the next time I am in Raleigh, I definitely will be looking to stay here again.

Welcoming staff with quick and easy check-in. Room was clean, bed comfortable and bathroom stocked well with towels and products. Had the breakfast buffet and the food was fresh and staff was very nice and helpful.

Very comfortable bed and great shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Hotel and room were good sized and clean.

Shower head needed more pressure. Room was not cleaned, fresh towels during our stay.

The acoustics in the lobby were really loud. Was having trouble hearing the front desk person when checking in.

Pool was freezing. My kids wouldn’t even go in it was so cold. Otherwise the room was great. Thanks.

Everything was great! The only bad thing I would say is water pressure in the shower was sad but that seems to be the norm at most hotels.
