Same order as the list above: ranked by event space, with a tilt toward hotels that list wedding services, a reception hall, or banquet space. Space and amenity details come from each hotel's own records. A dash means the hotel's data doesn't list that detail, not that it's unavailable.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book hotel rooms for wedding guests in Cary?
For the best availability and rates, reserve your room block six to nine months before your wedding date. If you're planning a peak-season wedding or expect a large number of out-of-town guests, booking even earlier helps ensure everyone can stay together. Engine Groups handles room blocks of 9 or more rooms, while smaller blocks of 8 rooms or fewer can be booked self-serve through Engine.
What amenities can wedding guests expect at these hotels?
Amenities vary by property, but many hotels offer complimentary parking, wifi, breakfast options, and on-site dining. Some provide shuttle service to nearby venues or the airport serving Raleigh and Durham. Check each hotel's details on Engine to confirm which amenities are available for your guests.
Should I choose a hotel close to my ceremony venue or one that's convenient for the wedding party?
It depends on your priorities. A hotel near your ceremony and reception sites makes it easier for guests to get back and forth, especially if they're unfamiliar with the area. If most of your wedding party is traveling from out of town, you might prefer a property near the airport or with easy highway access. Engine lets you search and compare locations to find the right fit.
What should I compare when deciding where to put my wedding guests?
Look at location relative to your venue, the number of guest rooms available, and whether the hotel has enough event space if you're hosting any pre-wedding or post-wedding gatherings. Also consider amenities like breakfast, parking, and whether the property offers a welcoming atmosphere for families. Engine provides consolidated invoicing and pre-negotiated rates to help manage costs across your room block.
Can Engine help with both guest rooms and booking space for my reception?
Yes. For guest-room blocks of 9 or more rooms, Engine Groups handles the booking. The hotel's event and reception space can be searched and booked through Engine Spaces, Engine's marketplace of hotel meeting and event spaces across the U.S. and Canada, or you can arrange it with the hotel directly. Catering, coordination, and other wedding services are arranged separately with the hotel or your vendors.
