Great hotel experience. Customer service was outstanding.

I reported that my shower connection was bad and the carpet in my room was filthy and sticky in places. My slippers got stuck to the carpet!!

Staff is extremely helpful. Hotel is in need of extreme makeover.

The bed was very comfortable even though it was only a double! All of the food at breakfast was warm and had a good layout.

Also you could hear guests in the next room talking. The room doors were very loud in the middle of the night when guests came to their rooms. I would appreciate some kind of reimbursement. The hotel was not as it was represented online. Thank you. I will not be staying here again.

The carpet in the room was so dirty that we had to keep shoes on otherwise our feet would be black. There's some splotchy touch up paint on the door going to the bathroom. Anybody that books this hotel should be told at the time of booking that the swimming pool is inoperable and there is no plans to fix it.

The cleanliness

Breakfast was very good. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. I’d stay again.

We’ve stayed here many times. It’s very convenient to our family in the Lochmere subdivision. The staff is great and very accommodating. The hotel is not new, but very comfortable and a hot breakfast is included.

We had a great time for the short time we were there. The only downside was the pool was out of commission. We did however know that prior to so not an issue. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our request

The room was clean. Breakfast was great. Love a hot breakfast. Parking was close. Staff was friendly.

Underrated hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, good water pressure, the AC was nice and cool, and the location is very convenient. No issues with this place. Highly recommend

We've stayed here several times. Easy access from highway but in quiet area. Nice rooms, good breakfast. Good Restaurant next door. Sherril at guest check-in is always pleasant and helpful. No complaints. Note: pool is closed.

Everyone was absolutely delightful. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were clean well kept. Breakfast was always good and well served. There is a Walmart next door for convenience and Raleigh and downtown Cary are only 15 mins away. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Breakfast was awesome!!

We reported these issues to the front desk and requested a room change. However, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and that no alternate accommodations could be arranged. To further compound the situation, we later learned that the swimming pool had been drained and was unavailable for use. This was not disclosed during booking and was one of the amenities that influenced our decision to stay at this property. The following morning, the property’s power went out at approximately 9:00 AM, preventing us from showering before departure and eliminating access to most breakfast options and other basic services. While I understand that power outages can occur unexpectedly, the outage came on top of an already disappointing and unsanitary experience. I recognize that individual issues can arise at any hotel. However, the combination of the room condition, inability to relocate us, unavailable amenities, and loss of essential services significantly impacted our stay
