Hampton Inn Raleigh/Cary

Great location, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff, room was clean and bed comfortable, getting kinda worn and pool out of order but good price for the area.

There was a roach in my hotel room, so I tried to check out. A staff member gaslit me and told me there was no way I saw a roach. She said that the wet mulch caused water bugs and cockroaches outside, but not roaches inside. I asked the difference between a cockroach and a roach. The staff member didn't answer. I was unable to check out when I wanted to because of an audit. I left and had to return a few hours later to officially check out. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel needs a lots of improvements, the floor carpets are really old and dirty. The water they offer taste bad, breakfast is very poor.

Clean and good location The carpets in the entrance lounge were ripped and frayed and need to be replaced. All The chairs in the entrance lounge had large amounts of fabrics peeling off. The mattresses were very old and worn and need to be replaced

Room was clean. Room needs updating. Room furniture needs to be updated. Bathroom did not have an exhust fan. Hallway walls were beateb up with scrapings and damaged paint. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced. Staff was excellent, Good hot breakfast. Lot of parking spaces.

Great staff and beautiful room

The staff is AMAZING! The room was clean but dated especially the flooring. There is a strong cigarette smell as you enter the property even when no one is near the front door smoking. The kitchen staff is super gracious and accommodating. This is definitely not my favorite Hampton. They can do a little better.

Location and accessibility were perfect for Cary and Apex. The room was very comfortable although the A/C fan was a bit noisy.

The ice machine was out of order The juice dispenser at Breakfast was out of order The milk at Breakfast was warm, not chilled The bath tub was dirty and the over all hotel is in bad shape. I would not stay here again or recommend. It is a shame because it is right across from Wake Med Hospital where families stay while at the hospital. Not at all up to the standards you expect from a Hampton Inn
