Rooms are spacious and clean. The deposit is a little pricey.

The elevator was down. I had to change my room to the first floor and didn’t get reimbursed for it.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken so we couldn't get the suite we booked. We settled on a studio in the first floor. The front desk staff and the supervisor treated our dilemma professionally. Because we booked third party they couldn't credit us but took off the pet fee. We've stayed here before and probably will again.

The room was nice however they really need to be deep cleaned these rooms our kitchenette had sticky stuff all over the cabinets. Our shower was definitely not scrubbed down before the previous use. Which was pretty gross. The room itself is nice and big. We did have to ask for soap for our room and shampoo. Their breakfast in the morning is pretty good. Also be aware their elevators do not work and they have not worked for a whole month.

The place was very nice and ladies in the front were super helpful. Unfortunately the elevator was not functioning and they didn’t have anything on the first floor but otherwise, great place.

A very good choice for the price. We chose the 1 bed suite, and it was clean, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast provided a number of choices. Thenpopl was very large. It is chlorine, but not overpowering. The grill was broken, but they have brought another one in

Great location near food, shopping, hospital, and major roadways. Staff was helpful and accommodated a request to check out later. Room was spacious, had a full size refrigerator which made traveling easier. Highly recommend.

We had a very horrible experience at Sonesta ES Hotel. We've been to quite a few Hotels and I have to say this is the worse. First of all Sonesta ES advertises as a 4 star Hotel it is not even a 2 star. The Property is Dirty inside and outside. When we checked in the person at the Desk was very communication style was unprofessional and lack complete communication. I reserved a physically challenged room, which was on n the 3rd floor. I made sure they had an elevator by asking her. She said we do but it's out of service. I notified her I could not walk up stairs. So she put us in a room on the first floor. She checked us into Room 113 - which was dusty, everywhere in the room, whiccauses my allergies to flare up, outside of the Refrigerator was dirty. Beds were made up sloppy

The property comes off as new or almost new . The room was nice. However the hotel elevator was not running. I had to ask more than 1 staff member about the status of the elevator. Also the security deposit is quite excessive.

The room is very spacious and affordable. Great to have a kitchen and separate rooms for the kids. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a good variety. The pool is small, but adequate and clean. My only complaint was the beds were hard and the pillows flat.
