Everything was great!

Pet friendly room layout

The room its self was fine. Walked into to lobby to check in. Two dogs in the lobby I could smell from a distance. Was immediately told the pool was closed. That was the biggest reason for choosing this property. Room was at the far back of the property. I pulled up to the back to find three men changing a tire in the parking spot closest to the door. Trash, cig butts, smoking area is the back door. Seemed more like an extended stay for tradesmen. Definitely older property with a lot of paint. Did not feel safe with my daughter. Breakfast was nasty. Got out as quickly as possible, will not stay at another!

Pool was closed. Was looking forward to it

We went to a concert at Carter Finley Stadium. Great location for convenience with Uber pickup. Staff was helpful with questions and concerns. Nice free breakfast. Clean room with GREAT A/C unit and the sheets smelled amazing. Bed was super comfy. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

The area is very nice and the property is well maintained. We had a spacious sweet very comfortable bed and linens. Staff was friendly. Close to stores and restaurants

Sadly my experience was poor! From check in wing poorly staffed. Waited an hour to check in and made me lose my prepaid parking spot due to lot being closed as was late for entry to lot and had to walk a far distance and be late for concert. So upon entering non smoking room, it smelled like smoke and the shower was dirty and the floor dirty and the fridge not cold enough for food and drink. The pool closed for maintenance and the breakfast was very low quality. Disappointed for being in a very upscale area of Cary, NC. The grounds not cared for trash in hallways needed vacuuming. Not happy! Would like a refund.

Checking starts at 3pm the front desk said. We finally got our room at 6 and was gross so we had to wait for another. Overheard front desk staff badmouthing us as I came out of lobby restroom. Elevator is falling apart. Took many pics of gross stuff will post online later. First time and last time staying with your brand.

Very noisy machinery outside room in the morning! Bo bread at breakfast@ 8:30 am & no salt of pepper & no butter...... I would like to get a refund!

Place needs a lot of maintenance just little things like check the lights in the room to see if they work put a new toilet seat on if one side is broken fix the rail in the elevator I’d hate to think a handicap person would lean against it because it falls off The cleaning staff is the best those girls are excellent

The rook was great and Ana at the front desk was super helpful

Immediately when walking in there is a sign that says sorry for the inconvenience the pool is not available. The pool was the only reason we booked this hotel, there was nothing online that expressed the pooled would be unavailable instead they falsely advertised a pool (which was green because the filter system was broken) The hotel looked pretty clean upon arrival and staff was kind. However on Sunday night there was it looked like 2 different cockroaches in our room so that made me question the cleanliness. Also our AC stopped working mid stay. They switched our room to the room across the hall but were unwilling to offer any discount related to the cockroach or false advertising. Also the walls were so thin I could hear the neighbor in the next room snoring all night.

The front staff is excellent. Rooms are clean and nice. Has ample parking, but I noticed there is a lot of ongoing maintenance issues. Like the pool is closed, the main elevator hand rail is broken, Free breakfast is minimal and the timings are short from 6am-9am. For some reason coffee is always good in a hotel than a coffee shop. I really enjoyed the coffee. For the money it is well worth it.

The breakfast was inedible. The fruit was rotten, bagels stale, eggs not very good. Free breakfast was not worth anything. We only received clean towels, one of the five days we were there. Beds were never made and garbage was only taken out 1 time. Common areas were very hot and pool was closed the whole time we were there. Pretty disappointing for the money spent. Shouldn’t have to ask for a roll of toilet paper and towels everyday. Not worth nearly the amount we spent to stay there.

The property was quiet but not easy to find if dark. Although the hotel is in a nice area the landscaping needs some help. The staff was great and the room was comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing

Clean room.

I liked that it was convenient to highway and in Cary. Safe area. Didn’t like that I had to keep asking for washcloths. It was a 2 person room and they only left one in the room. The 3rd night when I asked for some, once again, I was told they didn’t have any and didn’t have hand towels either. I was told to come back in the morning to check and see if they had clean ones. My question was, what was i supposed to use that evening? They didn’t seem concerned.

It was the middle of June and the pool was in the middle of renovation They said it was coming out of winter and they were working on it. The pool was the reason why we chose this hotel Giant bummer

The breakfast was fine, was like any regular hotel breakfast. I did not like that they had the pool closed 24/7 and they did not inform of us of this in any of their correspondence and I was really looking forward to it, I feel since it was listed as an amenity and was part of the price, a portion should have been reimbursed for that inconvenience.
