Clean room.

I like the fact that the Lady at the front desk called me to check on Booking because there was a mix up with the Dates and guide me on how to fix the issue.
-
EVERYTHING, REALLY CLEAN TOP THING WHEN STAYING AT A HOTELS BREAKFAST COULD BE BETTER

The pool and breakfast was ok The front desk lady was pretty rude. Asked for a room on first floor and said not available. Then the room she gave us was for disabled people, and it smelled like urine everywhere. Unbearable… it was late night and tired to change. We stayed here two times it was 50/50. Wont come back again.

Convenient location The pool was not open for the year yet. And, the date is June 27th! Very disappointed. The pool was the reason I chose this location on booking.com
-
The beds were comfortable rooms clean Pool wasn't open only reason I booked but it was too late to unbook too expensive and rooms too small for 2 beds. If it wasn't last minute I would have went somewhere else

Staff is very friendly Love this hotel

The bed The cleanliness, the pool was broken

I liked that it was convenient to highway and in Cary. Safe area. Didn’t like that I had to keep asking for washcloths. It was a 2 person room and they only left one in the room. The 3rd night when I asked for some, once again, I was told they didn’t have any and didn’t have hand towels either. I was told to come back in the morning to check and see if they had clean ones. My question was, what was i supposed to use that evening? They didn’t seem concerned.

It was the middle of June and the pool was in the middle of renovation They said it was coming out of winter and they were working on it. The pool was the reason why we chose this hotel Giant bummer

The breakfast was fine, was like any regular hotel breakfast. I did not like that they had the pool closed 24/7 and they did not inform of us of this in any of their correspondence and I was really looking forward to it, I feel since it was listed as an amenity and was part of the price, a portion should have been reimbursed for that inconvenience.

Yes the food was fresh and AC kept the room cool.
-
The room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Overnight receptionist wasn’t very friendly. The pool was closed (this was not advertised when we booked). The room was loud - a constant hum even when the a/c kicked off. The bathtub/shower could use some attention.

Did not eat breakfast

The staff, the location, the cleanliness and comfort

The key in our room was not working properly. When I went to the front desk my mother and I were told we put our phones next to the key both times we went to the desk. Turns out the key card swiper was broken. We had to change rooms. The first room the thermostat did not work. We had the thermostat at 80 and it was 67 degrees. The new room did not have a phone or clock. I was told they were stolen by previous guests. The blow dryer waa broken as well. The public restroom was missing a toilet seat and the stall next door did not have toilet paper. There was literally a sign that said "caution, no toilet seat" like they could not replace the $20 toilet seat in the womens restroom? I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The overall operation and amazing customer service. While it was 100 degrees. The swimming pool was out of order.
-
Everything clean and all staff friendly and accommodating. Only problem was pool closed on a very hot week.
-
Ana and Jonathan were both amazing, our trip was perfect and La Quinta was a great landing spot!

Pretty much every time I come here the pool is closed and I’m frustrated because I bring a bathing suit and I wanna go in the water and it’s summertime and why is this pool closed? It’s like false advertising. We have a pool that you can ever use it.
