This was a very nice hotel 10-15 years ago... it is tired, unclean, and in need of updates and repairs.

Breakfast ending at 9am is too soon for tourism customers

The staff was nice and the exterior of the hotel was well maintained. Overall we didn’t enjoy our stay as we have been to quite a few Embassy Suites that are far better than this location especially the Grand Rapids Michigan location. The Cary, NC really needs to update/upgrade the rooms and all furniture. Remodel the bathrooms.

The employees made this stay so wonderful. Each one we came into contact with was just so accommodating and happy.

It was ok however the seating cushions were old and unraveling the bath tub needed replacement. The food was ok but breakfast was cold possibly warmers wasn’t working? The accommodations need updating especially bathrooms.

The Staff was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude and not helpful. 100% will never stay there again! I have never felt so unsafe and dismissed.

Staff were great! The bathroom was out of toilet paper 1st day. Less than 1/2 roll & no back ups. The cocktail hour was ok, only chips & salsa, a couple veggies & trail mix very cheap wine. Would love to see cheeses & a bit better drinks would upgrade it a bit.
