Very nice, breakfast was best. Parking was not good at night, not well light. I had to park in rear, few lights and back door by tennis courts had no entry. Had to still walk around in dark

We had a couple problems with our room which was fix pretty quickly the staff was very responsive for sure. Things that I think that would be helpful, non slip bathtub mats in the bathroom for older persons needing to get in and out of the tub, hooks in the bathroom next to the bathtub and on the door for towels so they can dry and be used again or for hanging clothes to change into once done with the shower, and the upholstery of the chairs in the atrium need to be replaced. It was disconcerting to see and sit on chairs that just look terribly beat up. I am sure the chairs will be replaced in the future. The breakfast in the morning was good but would have like to have a decaf option for coffee, but the omelet station was great! Overall it was a pretty good stay would stay there again.

The customer service on site was STELLAR as well as the breakfast. I love how spacious the rooms are and that there is a door to the bedroom for privacy from living area. Requested room with a bathtub which they happily accommodated us. Nice safe area, even walking to the car at night. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in the RDU area. 12 min to RDU airport and 22 min to WakeMed. Great location.

The Hotel itself was lovely. Beautiful and modern decor. The pool area wasn’t properly maintained and limited towels available. No sheets available for pull out sofa and an empty bottle of whiskey was found hidden in the cushions.

It was perfect!

It was an amazing stay with spectacular service. The dinner, drinks, and breakfast were top tier. The only issue was that they were working on the water, so for two days during designated times, there was no working water and one of those days, I paid quite a bit for my stay (over 500); however, I would definitely go back. The room was spotless, airy, and the entire environment feels like a vacation.

This was a very nice hotel 10-15 years ago... it is tired, unclean, and in need of updates and repairs.

Breakfast ending at 9am is too soon for tourism customers

The staff was nice and the exterior of the hotel was well maintained. Overall we didn’t enjoy our stay as we have been to quite a few Embassy Suites that are far better than this location especially the Grand Rapids Michigan location. The Cary, NC really needs to update/upgrade the rooms and all furniture. Remodel the bathrooms.
