Staff was great and the property was great. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet as well. The beds could use some updating and the drain in the bathtub would not drain very well. So a little updating needed, but we would stay here again.

Breakfast good and hot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Keith was great. The only issue was trying to get the US vs Bosnia game on in the lobby. The game was started late. Also, no sound so we had to set up our portable speaker. Great trip aside from that.

Great stay. Great breakfast. Timely shuttle to airport

Very well kept Hotel. Managers reception was nice. Made to order omelette/eggs were excellent with a great variety of other items as well to choose from. Location was less than 10 minutes from the airport!

Drawers open upon arrival, refrigerator and microwave door open, no towels and washcloths even with calling and requesting we had to walk downstairs. Phone in bedroom not working and one in the living room seemed to have two lines when calling. After we still didn’t get wasclothes, could not get late checkout and had to rush and get ready to keep from being charged.

Hotel had efficient check-in - but do not have plans on getting an early check-in. We called the night before and very early the morning of our arrival in hopes of getting an early check-in (around 2:00 or 3:00 versus 4:00) and were told that would not be possible. We made do but with a hotel this size, and being a status member - I felt it was a minor request. Room was lovely - corner suite with all of the amenities however, we were only given 3 bath towels for a room sleeping 6. No robes, no blankets, no extra pillows for the pull-out sofa - these are small details - but they are also the details that set exceptional hotels apart for good hotels. We would stay here again, the hotel was clean, staff very friendly upon checking/out and was convenient to our venue for our event. Just know what you are getting prior to your arrival.

Everything they offer is exceptional.

The staff were friendly, shout out to Mr. Keith, the room was clean and comfortable. A good variety of food within walking distance. Standing water in the bathtub. (fixed quickly), the refrigerator seal was shredded so the refrigerator didn't keep our drinks cold.

Great hotel i will stay there again

The room was clean and even nicer than expected! Roomier than I even needed, but was much appreciated! Staff was lovely and very helpful, I arrived quite early and while they couldn't check me in 4 hours early they did manage to get me in my room before the scheduled check in time (would've been fine if they couldn't I get that rooms have to be cleaned and turned etc), but they could've easily said 'no check in before normal time' but they went the extra mile to get me in once the room was ready, which was really lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too for being free.

They ended up charging me a penalty (one night stay) even though I never made it. Not the service I’m used to from this brand and it’s so unfortunate. Made an emergency travel situation so much worse.

The front desk staff were cold and it seemed like I was inconveniencing them just by checking in….and I was just checking in. I didn’t ask for anything. Seems like hospitality in the south is gone.

I was really impressed by the ladies who were clearing the tables. So gracious, helpful and friendly. It takes a lot to serve the public. I don’t know their names. One was an elderly lady (mature) and another one worked at a local school (Reddy Creek I think). Thanks for your service.
