This was probably the worst hotel STATE I had in a while. The building was nice and well maintained. But the rudeness of the bartender staff was the worst me and my lady experience in a while. Will not be returning.

Better than terrible experience had to check into a different hotel room was not ready. Front desk staff were rude. Would not recommend this property to anybody. Could not get a refund either.

Rooms were clean, staff was amazing at the restaurant great service and food was great! Specially the breakfast with omelette station.

I was less pleased with the urgency guest services showed for my concerns. Ie, loud neighbors and the inconsistent service from housekeeping. I didn’t think it was weird to want my garbage removed daily. I was there for five days and they removed my garbage 2 times, maybe.

good family hotel

Staff was great and the property was great. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet as well. The beds could use some updating and the drain in the bathtub would not drain very well. So a little updating needed, but we would stay here again.

Breakfast good and hot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Keith was great. The only issue was trying to get the US vs Bosnia game on in the lobby. The game was started late. Also, no sound so we had to set up our portable speaker. Great trip aside from that.

Very well kept Hotel. Managers reception was nice. Made to order omelette/eggs were excellent with a great variety of other items as well to choose from. Location was less than 10 minutes from the airport!

Hotel had efficient check-in - but do not have plans on getting an early check-in. We called the night before and very early the morning of our arrival in hopes of getting an early check-in (around 2:00 or 3:00 versus 4:00) and were told that would not be possible. We made do but with a hotel this size, and being a status member - I felt it was a minor request. Room was lovely - corner suite with all of the amenities however, we were only given 3 bath towels for a room sleeping 6. No robes, no blankets, no extra pillows for the pull-out sofa - these are small details - but they are also the details that set exceptional hotels apart for good hotels. We would stay here again, the hotel was clean, staff very friendly upon checking/out and was convenient to our venue for our event. Just know what you are getting prior to your arrival.

Great hotel i will stay there again

The room was clean and even nicer than expected! Roomier than I even needed, but was much appreciated! Staff was lovely and very helpful, I arrived quite early and while they couldn't check me in 4 hours early they did manage to get me in my room before the scheduled check in time (would've been fine if they couldn't I get that rooms have to be cleaned and turned etc), but they could've easily said 'no check in before normal time' but they went the extra mile to get me in once the room was ready, which was really lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too for being free.
