Suburban Studios Cary – RDU Airport

Do not I repeat do not ever go to this hotel I have video proof of them renting me a hotel room $50 deposit telling me not to mess up anything as soon as I enter the room is roaches inside the hotel holes in the wall from punches, I'm assuming and the pullout mattress of the cushion sofa had multiple Kool-Aid juice looking stains. I asked them to either give me a discount or relocate me a room where refund me their first response was would you like a sheet for the Kool-Aid stain up mattress SMH then I asked for additional rags and towels once we were moved into the so-called suite room, which was literally above the room, we were originally in and that also had roaches two of them inside of the kitchen/bathroom area. The TV did not work after one day of being there if I'm able to send videos to this I will do not go to this room. I don't even know how they wouldn't even rent out a room in such worse condition like that. The lobby carpet once you are going towards the rooms need to be shampooed immediately is horrible in there I'm praying that I did not get bitten by bedbugs.

The hotel said smoke free but soon as you walked in the lobby it smelled like cigarette smoke

Bathroom was clean. The room was clean for it's age. Had enough towels. Carpet was aged with stain marks and smelled. TV remove wasn't that useful. Center lamp wasn't working.

Don’t expect extra towels or toilet paper. The room smelled like Raid and smoke, so I had to buy Febreze. Within an hour of checking in, I saw small roaches in the bathroom, black mold in the shower, and the bed was uncomfortable. I was also bitten by some kind of insect the first night. Definitely not worth $80+ a night—more like $40. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Was handed 2 keys for a keyless door, so I had to go back down. Text that the hotel sent looked like a scam text, it was someone else's name. They said we could not leave without checking the room first & had to text about it. Another guest was having an issue as well but I'm not sure what that was about.

The price was right A part of the mattress was crushed on the edge and the door was hard to open. It was still a good value for the price.

The room was spartan:no wall hangings. Not enough towels. Not enough pillows, Comforter was purchased from the Dollar Tree 25 years ago. Bed was ancient and dropped on one side. Not a single cup in the room to drink water from. Could go on with negative.

Room wasn’t clean. Neither were the sheets, pillows, or towels. Hotel came with a full kitchen, but absolutely nothing to cook with.
