That you couldn’t hear the interstate like most hotels. I can say that the hostess was pleasant and friendly! The breakfast area was small and cramped. Yes they had an area outside to sit but if it’s raining then there is no where to sit! The carpet in room 420 was soaking wet and the hotel was over booked and couldn’t be moved so they used a steam cleaner and a blower to attempt to dry it. The bathroom fan did not work. The cabinet above the desk was not put together correctly and was starting to fall apart. Didn’t check any of the appliances in the kitchenette. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a good enough hotel for one night. A little run down, but again it was only one night. The biggest turn off- the front desk staff. I showed up about 10 minutes before check-in time and politely asked to check in. I was turned away and told to come back no earlier than 4:00 and without the guarantee my room would be ready. My husband returned at 4:00 to find a long line of people waiting as this employee refused to check-in anyone before 4:00. When my husband got to the front, she refused to let him check us in as it was a hotels.com reservation with only my name. So, for a third time, we attempted to, and finally, got our room. This employee even actively discouraged our usage of hotels.com as we checked-in. Would I stay here again? Maybe…but I would look at other hotels first.

Layout, amenities and staff Tv did not function but manager made it right.

Although we were there with at least 10 other family members, they were staying on another side but we were able to meet up for breakfast and dine on the outside of the hotel

The property itself was very nice. Iris was very nice. The breakfast was good. I had ask them not to touch my sheets on the bed. Iris gave house keeping orders but they didn’t follower them. They did not come in the room like they was supposed to, to tidy up. I was there 4 nights and I had to go to the office to let them know that no one came to tidy up the room. I also had to kill a big roach crawling on the wall. That was really disgusting.
