not friendly just a place to spend the night mattras was all squeaky spring' and made noise when moving. sounded like sitting on a box of corn flakes floor dirty soiled towels in bath room and hair on floor would not go there again not told any thing at check in except room number and not even how to get to room

Nice clean room.

The staff does a good job of maintaining the property. It is in walking distance of the shopping center and many restaurants. The price is reasonable and the place was quiet. The staff is always kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stays there.

Can’t leave anything on the floor’cause bugs come to visit, no refrigerator in the room as advertised. Water pressure in shower was very low. They have free coffee station, but the lids don’t fit the cups so can’t be taken to the car. Location and parking were convenient. I guess for the cheap price it was okay…

Elevator was not working. Room was next to door that was noisy.

I liked the layout of the bathroom and the receptionist was cool. That's pretty much it. Everything else was outdated, worn out and unwelcoming. I booked a king suite here specifically so my wife and I could have a good night's sleep without touching each other. The bed was a very worn out spring mattress on top of a loud, creaky metal bed frame that did our backs no favors at night. The TV having cable and no streaming capabilities tells me that the owners are either cheap or just out of touch. The wifi was free, but the speed was running at 25% of what my cell data was. In the bathtub, the water pressure was weak which was a letdown. On top of that, our suite had no refrigerator or microwave. My family has a history of diabetes and not having somewhere to store insulin is quite literally dangerous. Putting something like that behind a paywall feels shitty and gross. The entire premises was dirty looking, smelled off and screamed "don't stay here". The icing on the cake was seeing a cockroach crawling around in our room as we were checking out. I cannot give this place a good review on that alone. Pest control exists and is very effective, provided you decide to pay for it like a good business. Red Roof Inn is permanently on my "Do not book" list thanks to this. Do better, people. You're capable of it.

It was a good stay
-
Close to many stores and restaurants Constant humidity in the room made the room feel sticky
-
Close to a lot of food and shopping options The beds were insanely uncomfortable, water pressure sucked, no fridge in the room, no blow dryer in the room, smelled old. The vending machine drinks were hot but the ice machine on our floor didn’t work.

One of the amenaties listed is a safe in the room, however, it is not free, you will be charged per night for using the safe. It's a non-smoking facility, however, staff smokes outside. The water in the room was warm, never got hot. Parking was free. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs, so if a person is not physically capable of doing that and had to cancel due to a broken elevator, we were informed that we would still be charged even though it was not our fault. Guy at front desk was courteous and nice. There is no fridge in the room which would have been nice to have and use, however, now that I know that you are charged for a safe, I would be afraid we might be charged for the fridge. I have learned that even though amenities are listed, you still need to call to verify they are included and not a la cart. All that being said, I highly doubt we will ever stay at a Red Roof Inn in the future.
