Red Roof Inn Raleigh Southwest - Cary

This property accepts pets but when I had a room with a strong puppy odor they had no problem moving me to another room. Im as so grateful. I will be booking again.

Good restaurant nearby. Wifi was iffy. Beds were hard.

very close to anything you need. front desk guy in the morning was awesome.. lots of good advice on food places close by. clean rooms owner and his family sitting in lobby with judgmental attitudes and rude. lots of sketchy people hanging around outside.

The room and hallway had a funky smell. There was cracking on the ceiling. The toilet was not firmly attached to the floor and the toilet seat moved. We had limited contact with staff. Parking was fine. Plenty of shopping nearby. We would not stay here again.

Close to restaurants and stores walkable. Buses.

the room was clean. the AC unit was quiet and easily controlled by me to set a comfortable temp. Room was cleaned or at least attended to each day. Towels replenished (something many hotels skip during your stay). Staff was pleasant and appeared to really want to help.

A better Red Roof Inn than some. Laundry facilities and coffee or tea . A good stay.

The staff was very responsive and helpful. Some supplies were missing from the room. No coffee maker in room. Great place for the price!

several of the ice machines were not working and everything looked rather old

The bed mattress was work and not well supported on the side closest to the bathroom. The mattress compressed about 90% in that area. Also, the furnishings were modern but not well maintained. There were scratches on the desk (that I initially mistook for debris) and some of the other surfaces. The mini fridge didn't keep my food cold and it appeared to have been removed and not re-installed carefully, as it seemed to be tilted. I found dirty/greasy black smudges on the shower walls (didn't see these until I was in the shower), old gummy candy in the ice bucket (which I threw away and cleaned so I could use the bucket), and oily fingerprints on the faces of some of the wood furniture. Most top surfaces were clean, the floor was spotless, and the bed was cleanly made. Red Roof Inn failed on cleanliness this time around. And I would expect a King Suite to be a bit more well-maintained.

Bugs in bathroom and nightstand not cleaned properly from previous traveler.

It was close to everything and clean. The staff was very professional.

Not having a fridge and a microwave have to pay extra for them and you have to pay extra for a second pet now

It was ok the bedding was to hard

Staff was extremely friendly and able to quickly troubleshoot issue with reservation that arose at check-in
