Did not have the room I asked for ac would not go lower then 76 and no air movement

The property was nice and clean. Staff was curiosity but the hot tub was out.

My room was filthy. I had to contact the front desk. They did have someone come and clean however, they wet the rags with just water. There was empty soda bottles and csncy wraps under the bed from previous guests. The house keepers were kind and helpful. It just needs cleaned better.

There an odor of Chlorine throughout the Hallways from the Pool.

We choose the hotel for location of a WAWA banquet being held there on the 25th. Traveling with young children - the rooms would have been by the poolside. Pool is A treat! Not this trip. Second air conditioning in our rooms were lacking.our rooms were switched to the third floor. One room was replaced for one of our guests. Husband decided he could survive with our room! Third room was chilly but perfect for other guest. Third- keys had to be done multiple times in 24hours. Our time at the banquet was wonderful. Good company and good. Our time at the bar was wonderful with fellow WAWA. Thank you to the bar maid! She was a treat to the Ramkota. Our three rooms were rated a three star by my guests.

It was a decent place to stay. The breakfast was good. The place smelled like moldy chlorine smell. The staff was very friendly.

Pool was closed with no warning online. This wouldn't have been the end of the world I know things happen however it was down hill from there. Checking in was rushed and no information was provided regarding the property or the amenities. There was a dirty towel left in our bathroom on the door when we checked in and hair in the sink. When I filled the tub with hot water to take a bath, considering the hot tub was a major point in my originally renting the room at this property, the water lifted a ring of grey sludge to the top of the water. The elevator doors stalled twice, the elevators themselves are also very shaky. The building had alot of possibility however it was dirty everywhere we went; the floors in the the hallways, elevators and the entrance, the restaurant breakfast tables and even the room it self. I definitely won't be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

I would have went somewhere else had we not had somewhere to be and not traveled half of a day to get there. Very disappointing we were not told ahead these things were not available as it was chosen for those amenities. Then the check in clerk said it would be $60.00 for the night. I'm charged 90. Please fix. I also will not be doing business with Expedia any longer do to this huge mess. 720-312-5333

Breakfast was not appealing at all the sausage looked under cooked.

Arrived the the pool was closed. Said it’s been closed for a month. Wish we would have know before arrival. Wouldn’t have mattered the pool that was there was only 3 feet deep. Staff said you could go somewhere else if you want. Which trying to find another reservation on a Friday night on a holiday weekend was not feasible. Breakfast was great. Old tvs in the room but it worked out.

Nothing about this hotel was up to par. I didn’t even get my room I booked and paid extra for cause the ac was out. After getting move two other times the next room the bedding was stained and the toilet looked like no one has cleaned in a hot minute. I would not recommend this place to anyone now

This hotel was absolutely awful! Upon arrival we were told the pool was broken. Ok things happen. Then the AC was out to over half the hotel. Then they knowingly gave us a DOWNGRADED room from what I booked and it wasn't until I went back to the desk and waited another 30 minutes in line that they admitted they did this since they didn't have the room I booked available. I needed that room due to the number of kids I have. We didnt have enough beds! They didn't even offer the lower rate they normally charge for the smaller room. One of the women running the front desk was rolling her eyes at everyone and hanging up the phone on guests. We left & stayed elsewhere. They promised they wouldn't charge us yet Hotels.com is still doing so because they claim this hotel will not answer their calls or messages about our experience. It was horrible!!! Save yourself the headache & stay literally anywhere else!!!

Breakfast buffet would have been ok if it hadn’t been cold. Don’t look behind the chairs in your room, haven’t been vacuumed for a long time
