Fun pool. Clean laundry facilities. Great breakfast.

Room was dirty. For wrappers and caramel corn on the carpet. Trash under the sink. Dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Staff not courteous. No smiles to be seen. Double billed me for my room.

the air conditioner was rattling the bed cover was dirty the desk drawer was hanging on the hinge.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was also below expectations. The bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splatter from a previous guest, and there was a plastic seal from someone’s shower product left behind in the shower. The shower curtain also had soap splatters or stains on it, making it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. We also found small pieces of trash around the base of the bed and dresser, and the dresser itself looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a very long time. Overall, this stay did not meet the standard I expected. Better communication about amenity closures and more attention to housekeeping would have made a significant difference.

New staff could not find my corporate rate and had no idea of how to get to that database. Almost total change over of staff is totally disruptive and new staff had no training and no idea where to start. Left premises because nobody seemed to know where to begin. Not worth staying there again.

My first morning in the room, there was a knock on the door to clean my room. It was too early and I asked them to come back. They didn't come back. Had late dinner in the bar/grill. It was very good and atmosphere was friendly. Buffet breakfast was OK.

Shower didn't drain the room had a smell was not good

The facility is clean but very dated. The breakfast was fine. The TV was old and picture quality was mediocre. Friendly and courteous staff.

Very tired hotel in need of a deep cleaning and renovation - reservation was lost and eventually found. Frustrating experience - not recommended at this time.

Receptionist's attitude could be better and welcoming. There needs to be quality check after house keeping does their job as the cleaning of the room was not done appropriately. Breakfast could be better.

My ac unit rattled terribly

The hotel has a western feel. Maintenance could be better. The elevator stuck a couple times. The key card for our room had to be replaced 6 times during our stay. The pool is fun. The laundry room was great. The staff was friendly. It is dog friendly but the dog area is very small.

The staff was friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable but it had a continental breakfast and no troubles. It fit well for our needs.

Pool only goes to 3' ...I have a 5 yr old so I loved that!

Our room was clean and comfortable. I used the Fitness Room exercise bike...nice after multiple days of travel. The woman manning the breakfast area was top- notch! She was friendly, as well as helpful.

The hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived. I had reserved a suite weeks in advance. They stated they frequently don't receive bookings made through 3rd party booking companies. They did not have a suite available, but insisted we take two double queen rooms and honored the expedia rate. The front desk lady was great.

Friendly staff and cool decoration theme. The room wasn’t exactly clean - hairs on the toilet seat and bed, small bits of trash on the bathroom and bedroom floor. The pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was hot. Whoever the lovely woman was that was working breakfast was the best part of the stay.
