Friendly staff and all of our needs were met.

It was close to where we needed to be Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Probably need to replace mattress, etc. Breakfast was lacking fresh fruit. Mini oranges offered looked like they had been there awhile. When checking out, no one responded to the buzzer at the desk so we left key cards on desk and left.

Then the 2nd room, which was supposed to make it right for the first room. It was just as bad!!

The room was nasty. Found blood on the duvet cover. Jizz or something on the pillow cases. Hairs on the toilet. Then the 2nd room, which was supposed to make it right for the first room. It was just as bad!!

The stay was okay, but you definitely could tell it is an older building. The AC worked great for some of the hottest days this summer. But, many minor maintenance issues have been ignored.

Rooms smell and very outdated

This property was terribly overpriced for the value of the room. It was outdated, dirty and smelly. The exterior was not maintained. There was peeling paint in the shower, stained towel, shower curtain and mattress and the common areas were atrocious (pool, fitness center, lobby and elevator). Save yourself a lot of money and do not stay here.

Old, dirty, unkept, swimming pool is a joke. Noisy.

The pool was smaller than the pictures showed.

The people working here are the only good thing. They are friendly and hard working. If this is a franchise owned property, the owner has completely dropped the ball on building maintenance and renovation.

The place seemed clean but it didn’t smell as clean as I would expect. We are traveling and are spending a night here and there. This was more expensive with less than optimal experience.

There was a lot of activity from other guests. Even had people living there. All the activity made it hard to sleep.

The staff were all very nice and helpful with anything we needed. They worked really hard to keep the common area of the hotel clean. Our room bathroom specifically was extremely dirty. I can handle stuff not being super updated but not clean is another. The shower head was not clean, all around the shampoo, conditioner, soap bottles on the shower wall was filthy. There was a fan of some sort on the ceiling in the bathroom that probably hadn't been used in years and it was completely covered in thick dust. Along the edges of the floor was hair and dirt. The room itself bedding, floors etc seemed clean but a clean bathroom is also a necessity. One of the beds had a good mattress, the other did not with a noticeable dip in the middle of the bed that made it very uncomfortable, I am guessing a pretty old mattress to form that much of a dip in the middle.

Clean, repaint and get rid of the smell

It was a little outdated, which was OK but price did not seem to match the hotel.

The television didn't work. Bed was not comfortable.

Ive spent less for more. Not worth it here!
