We stayed during extensive construction. The staff was extremely accommodating but there were numerous things that need to be addressed due to the construction and conditions of the building.

Rooms were renovated and clean. Bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Lobby needs some aprucing up but they r in tje middle of renovation. Trash can outside entrance was running over 2 days in a row. Elevators were always wet from people coming from the pool.

Half of the electric outlets in the room did not work. Sheets had holes in them. Breakfast was terrible. Counter staff were beyond rude and did not care. Do not stay here. The bartender and breakfast staff were the bright spot. They offered us a 25% discount but when we got the receipt the hotel didn’t apply it. Wyndam is a joke. Oh, they had no hangers in closet

Nice updated property. A little overpriced for Iowa, especially while under construction. But there were sports teams in town driving up the pricing everywhere. Helpful staff, good breakfast.

Room was not stocked with towels, had to go get our own. Pool had no towels and dirty ones all over, light bulbs out all over the room and tub was disgustingly filthy! Avoid this!

The TV did not work, the ceiling tiles in my room were damp and had black mold. Appears to be under renovation, but better than some recent choice hotel stays I ve had.

The room was good except the bathroom was GROSS! Found a used, crusty towel along with a tube of body wash shoved under the vanity so obviously housekeeping didn’t mop or sweep from the last guest. The rest of the floor was dirty like housekeeping never cleaned it. The tub had hair in it and was dirty. The bathroom door should go right in the dumpster since it had dirty hand prints all over, chipped paint and thinner than thin.

We had a pleasant stay. The bathroom door was hard to open and close as it kinda stuck, and the chair in the living space wasn't very clean, but overall the place was pleasant and very pleasant.

Wonderful room. Nice breakfast! Great work out room.

The rest of the hotel was dirty dust everywhere Staff was okay. Nothing to write home about

Newly remodeled rooms were great and they are finishing up the last 2 floors. Virginia and Susanna at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was really good. Can’t wait to see the lobby, atrium and restaurant areas renovated.

The elevator was nice to see the main lobby as u go up n down. Breakfast was not that great. Tub was really gross and looked unclean

I ended up leaving the next day, instead of staying the duration anticipated.

The location The bathroom, the bed comforter,the door between the rooms allowed you to hear every word next door. A closet with no hangers or place to put hangers. A total rip off on price.

The renovation is not complete and there were many items missing from our room. There will be additional improvements but the property is inconsistent at this time. We moved rooms as a result of some issues with the room and neighbors. The front desk was able to help us with needs. Just needs to have someone inspecting rooms for missing items and getting telephones in the rooms.

Staff was nice parking was easy First room was Dirty so moved us to a better room witch was nice

Hate to say it, but it's American construction at its finest! Put in the cheapest crap you can find and raise the rent to cover repairing the new broken junk! Well done Radisson!! You're worthless!!
