Staff were very nice. The hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room was very large.

Service was quick and responsive. Room was not clean. Pet hair was everywhere when we arrived. Breakfast quality was poor. Very noisy at night with sounds coming through the walls, making it difficult to sleep.

Breakfast was great but you would have thought that it would've been early because of the event in town The pool was nice but freezing and the hot tub was broken. Asked for extra pillows and the front desk brought us some but not enough stated that the hotel only had 3 extra in whole hotel seems odd I used to work for a hotel and they had a closet full of extra pillows

It's quiet and comfortable Staff is great

In the middle of a remodel. Pull out couch broken, cot stained, carpet ripped. Supposed to be ADA mobility, but toilets are low, no handles for pulling self up, shower had showe bar on other side of shower, no way to golf on to get out safely. Had to buy own shower chair, handicap parking too far from entrance with uneven side walks. Staff very friendly and polite.

Amy was amazing I feel like I constantly was asking for things and she answered with a smile everytime I had a birthday party for my daughter and it was very accommodating and I can’t say it enough Amy was amazing

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a very nice stay at a reasonable price. The refrigerator was a little loud. It kept making noises during the night.

I like the fact that they change rooms for me cuz I had freeze I froze death night before in the first room and then I had to switch rooms and that was nice but I thought that they would have done more for me than they done so the same place I ever stay they didn't I thought they should come to me at night but they didn't I didn't like the fact that I closed to death in the room that I had the first night and it was so cold I couldn't change the thermostat I tried and I tried and I thought I curled up in a ball and fell asleep on the couch for a little bit till morning and then called somebody for help they switched me rooms that was so much nicer room it was okay I just thought to get a cop in your room cuz I stay there all the time comped me a room there's much time as I spent there they didn't do that they're really expensive and for what you pay for this should have done something more for that

I would not stay here again if you paid me. The room was dirty and looked as if items were just wiped down and not cleaned. I couldn't sit on the couch because of all the unknown stains left on it. The kitchen didn't have everything you needed to cook for a week's stay. This was the whole point of me selecting this hotel. The curtains were ripped and had either dirty or black mold on it. There was no hot water while taking a shower, only luke warm than cold. The gym looks nothing like the picture on the website. If you have accommodations for long term stays, you should have a gym that reflects this. I thought housekeeping stole five large headbands that I had by the sink. I called the front desk to complain, and they said they had them there. Why? Because they didn't pay attention and put them in with the dirty towels that I had on the floor. Did I get a call or note from the front desk saying they had them? No. Did they offer to bring them back up to me? No. I had to go back down and get them. Breakfast was good.
