Only cereal and bread breakfast

Door on my room was too hard to open

Not much. Construction everywhere around the motel. Loud with workers in hallways at 5am. No breakfast left at 7:45 including no coffee. I was offered four stale donuts with nothing to drink. No milk for cereal either and no one around to restock the items. Almost everything.

I was told my reservation was for the 11th. I was not able to check in!!!! I sure I’m not charged for tonite when I visit family!! I already have a place to stay!!!

We specifically chose this place because it wasn’t smack in the middle of Denver. The bathtub was amazing, and the best one out of the 8 different places we stayed during our trip. It was super deep, and had 2 different handles to help get yourself out. They were in the middle of remodeling, but the staff and crew were so professional during our stay we hardly noticed. They all respected the quiet time hours.

The air conditioner did not work and because I booked thru booking.com they wete not able to offer me a discount like they did all the other rooms that the air wasn't working

Comfortable bed; Iron available. Bed sheets wrinkly; No microwave; No hair-dryer; No juice or coffee for breakfast; Hallways dirty; Lobby area floors & tables dirty; Female staff not nice or apologetic or courteous but rude & indifferent. Place overall felt dirty & unkept!! Breakfast inadequate.

The price is low but you get what you pay for. The hotel needed to complete a lot of unfinished remodeling.

The location is great! Really close to grocery, restaurants, shopping. To downtown wasn’t too bad of a drive. The breakfast always smelled great, though I never tried it. The hotel was super clean, I always love that. The one bed room is a pretty decent size for the price. The shower had great water pressure and enough space for my soaps. I appreciate a good hair dryer as well! I found myself stuck waiting at the desk for 10-20 min at a time on a few occasions. They should get a bell or something. I felt like some of the staff didn’t pay close enough attention to the desk. They did make checking in good and easy though.

They ripped me off

The room was within my budget of under $100. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was looking forward to breakfast which was advertised to be open till 9:00 am. I came to get breakfast at 8:40 and the very last item was being whisked away. Very disappointing.

Nothing Roaches and Bedbugs

It was in the area I wanted Very dirty, homeless people wondering outside at late hours,

Big room and nice people Stained bathroom shower. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Breakfast was very unimpressive, cereal or waffle.

The location was the only reason we stayed at this site. The hotel looked older and unkempt. We were disappointed in the breakfast as it was just cereal and very little to choose from. We were overall disappointed.

1) no room bedside lights -- an emergency stumble in the dark to find the room entrance light ? ; 2) dirty bathroom; 3) noise in the halls, and desk did not respond to; 4) insufficient and poor quality breakfast; 5) dirty halls
