Days Inn by Wyndham Charles Town/Harpers Ferry

The breakfast was pretty good and the people were very friendly.

Dollar for dollar, this is the best hotel value in Charlestown, West Virginia. Conveniently located a short drive to and from Hollywood Casino, plus they have a shuttle back and forth. The rooms are perfectly fine, although still have a 1980’s look and feel. Ample parking. Nice free continental breakfast. This has been become my go-to hotel in Charlestown.

Compare to cheap hotel. It is better than normal.

The shower didn’t have a curtain. There was a 1/4” door gap Literally could look right into the room.

We were there to go to the casino which is directly across the road so the location was perfect. Room was clean. Only concern was door didn't seem very secure.

Great value. Close to diners & Casino. They also have shuttle service to Casino.

Noisy , dirty , Crowded , parking is terrible

Great location. Staff is very nice. A short walk to the casino/races. Shuttle is available but we’ve never used it. We’ve stayed here multiple times-always a great experience.

Extremely dirty property. Mold, cobwebs, stains on the bedding and what I believe to be feces on the curtains. We were entirely too busy to speak to the staff about it while we were there. We ran out of toilet paper and had to buy our own towels, as they were covered in "something". Shower drain broke on the first use, had to prop it up so the tub would drain. Cable tv did not work, Rusty railings and steps, watched several drug deals in the parking lot and caught what I believe may have been hotel staff peeking through the curtains that we could barely keep shut while my significant other was getting dressed. I wish we had time to speak with the staff while we were there, but unfortunately we were on an extremely tight schedule. At 6:30am, the breakfast was poor at best, I was going to grab something but there wasn't much to offer

We only stayed for one night, but our stay was quiet and comfortable.

The room is clean, but the door frame molding on the inside of the bathroom was broken and hanging off with staples. Outside the bathroom was the vanity area and where the pipe went into the wall was like black mold on the wall.

The food (breakfasts) were good down in the lobby. And the lobby was clean too-nothing too too clean -just clean. Clean enough to have breakfast!! The parking lot lights were good and bright at night in case anyone had a late arrival. I think the hotel is good enough for a 1 or 2 night stay.... The staff that works there were very friendle and helpful. I would say they worked in a very professional manner. I think I would stay there again...

Very quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I needed.

Room was just OK. Clean, but we'll used carpet. Beds were comfortable. Mold around the tub & shower surround! Our room was back in a corner cubbies hole! Very dark.

The place was dirty and we saw blood on the sheets and garbage was outside in the walkingareas also many people hanging out side looking a little shady

Easy to find, was close to town and the interstates around area. It was pleasant besides the smell. The smell of the room...pet urine?
