The security of the building , the breakfast staff and the comfort of the bed were all excellent. Toilet nights should be raised ( too low). overall

The lobby was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. However, the room felt outdated and could benefit from some renovations.

The front desk staff was realy nice and professional The pool was not the cleanest. I believe some guess had an unauthorized party and left a big mess . But I told the front desk and they Cleaned it right away.

Close to everything goes, shuttle Bed was a little hard

We really enjoyed this hotel. JJ was very helpful in reminding us that our card can get us into every door. He needs a good vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool and explored the town of Harper’s Ferry. Such a nice weekend get away.

Nice hotel, good staff. Well equipped. Breakfast was quite good and had eggs and fruit, in addition to the usual options. Lots of parking. Room was comfortable.
