Have stayed here previously; excellent location to reach the racetrack parking garage. Very clean and close to several restaurants.

Nice front office staff, clean room (except for a forgotten baby bottle), and nice heated pool. I wish the cookies in the lobby were available in the evening!

Everything was very good about the property. Excellent bed and shower. It would have been a 5 star property with a few improvements. The breakfast was very bland and overcooked. The workout room didn’t have towels and the staff were smoking near the entrances to the pool. Very disgusting.

Nice hotel for our overnight stay. Room was clean, shower was nice, room was spacious. The bed sheets were soft and the air conditioning worked well. The room overall was a little dark so extra lighting in the room and bathroom would make it better. You can hear a train in the distance but it wasn’t a big deal for trying to sleep.

Breakfast offered a variety of food and hot coffee. The building is in need of a renovation and the pool really needs daily or weekly cleaning. It’s a nice pool just needed cleaned! The staff is very friendly and quick to ask if you need help. Great location so why not invest in an update?

Kara was rude upon questioning why my card was charged prior to arrival. Room smelled like mildew. No coffee at breakfast...jug empty at 9am. Overall bad experience, definitely will seek other options next time around.

We liked just about every thing. The breakfast could easily cost $15.00 each.

Very close to Hollywood Casino and Races and the Event center. Would definitely consider staying at thisHoliday Inn Express again.

The hall property is old , I think this hotel should be cheaper than other places , No more cold water available after 10:00 pm. The breakfast was normal, The staff is great and helpful.

The breakfast is not that good , did not eat it the second day was out of things around 9:15 did not get replenished supposed to be over at 10:00 am.

The room was smelly, even worst than a mens lockroom. Staff needs to find out what causing the bad smell. Also, the breakfast space was similarly smelly. The odor is disgusting and makes you feel like immediately leaving the space.
