The customer service was excellent.

The room was smelly, even worst than a mens lockroom. Staff needs to find out what causing the bad smell. Also, the breakfast space was similarly smelly. The odor is disgusting and makes you feel like immediately leaving the space.

The breakfast was good. They had a good selection. The location was good. The bed was hard and pillows were very flat.

The free shuttle was also nice. We got a ride to Paddy's Irish bar.

Be prepared if you want to check in early that might not be possible. Our air conditioner in our room didn’t seem to be pumping out the air very well. It was super quiet. Pool was awesome. Room was nice. Staff was helpful.

Front desk staff was nice. We got directions to several places, all were correct.

We had problems with our door key. It would take quite a few swipes to get the key to work. We notified management when we checked out.

We were just there one night, but we’re over in that area occasionally. We’ll stay again. Staff was very helpful and polite. Room and grounds were very clean. Price was reasonable. Breakfast bar was one of the better ones I’ve seen lately. We’ll stay there again

Overall, really nice stay. My only complaint is that when I tried to check in, they said they couldn’t do anything until 3 PM. I found that really bizarre because most hotels would, at minimum, take my information and offer to stow my bags—other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The outside pool was well maintained. The morning breakfast was top notch. It was ready right on time with the kitchen staff kept tabs on refilling the food.
