Exceptional

yes

Superb

I didn't like when i checked in I was told my credit didn't go through and that i had to put down a $100.00 deposit for the room. However my card was charged and the payment went through and was confirm two days before i arrived. This was my birthday trip to myself that I've been doing with you guys for over the last 3yrs, so needless to say i was disappointed, and confused of the deposit, and the reason i was told my transaction didn't clear. so going forward I will not be visiting your Casino on my birthday any longer.

Awesome

Everything was wonderful from the time we checked into the time we checked out. The shuttle service they offer to the casino and racetrack was a big plus they run every 15 minutes. The property was immaculate and the staffing was extremely helpful and pleasant

Clean and beautiful room. Wonderful shower. Breakfast was ok but the host there was amazing and welcoming

The room was nice, except for the chair arms was filthy stains in the chair very nasty

The room was spotless. Very clean facility.

Good stay. Clean. Good breakfast.

Shuttle driver was awesome and hotel was comfortable

I loved staying there it was extremely beautiful and the showers are supplied with soap and shampoo and conditioner I would recommend it to anyone

It would have been better if they had some kind type of meat for the continental breakfast. But otherwise it was just great staying at this hotel.

Very good

Clean rooms,friendly staff

It was a decent hotel. The only thing I did not like was the four dollars I had to pay for a soda.

the shuttle service is wonderful. The room was very nice and clean. Will stay here again in our next trip to Charles Town.

The room was spacious. The bathroom with the glass shower was beautiful. Every single staff member we interacted with were incredibly friendly.

breakfast could have been better
