It was a decent hotel. The only thing I did not like was the four dollars I had to pay for a soda.

the shuttle service is wonderful. The room was very nice and clean. Will stay here again in our next trip to Charles Town.

The check-in wasn’t good. I had to separately book my days on booking and after explaining to the front desk the reason why. I thought the problem was resolved and I was told by the clerk the issue was resolved but it wasn’t. I had to go through 3 different clerks before the issue was solved
