The front desk staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the event and back. The rooms were clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again and refer it to friends.

Staff was very pleasant, very convenient to get to the casino as they have a shuttle about every 15 minutes. Bar downstairs (Turf club?) was great albeit very smoky. The food we had/tried from the bar area was not pleasant. The luggage carts had flat tires but everything else was really good.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. The bar staff was very welcoming. This is an older hotel and under new ownership. They are in the process of making some upgrades. For the price it was good. Beds were not comfortable and hopefully that will be part of the upgrade. Pillows are not average size; like 1/2 of what you’d normally use, but you get 3 per bed, so that’s helpful.

They need to show pics of parking lot rooms because you may not want that type of room. False advertisement.

I had a King Room - Non Smoking. My room was the third room in a hallway from a downstairs lounge. Smoke filled the corridor. There were closeable doors next to stairway down to the bar. Desk staff said she had never seen them closed in her 5 years there. I asked to be moved to another area away from the lounge. I was told nothing was available. Towels in the door gaps could not keep the smoke out. I will not stay there again.
