The lobby smelled heavily of smoke. So much so, that I asked did they allow smoking in their rooms. When we got to the room, there was a smell I could not identify, but maybe trying to cover up the smell of something else. The sink did nit drain, but my husband was able to fix. The TV screen had bad areas and made it hard to watch. I find it hard to believe that was not reported by previous guests....i dud report it. As I come to Charlestown occasionally, I will remember to stay somewhere else.

The motel section needs some updating. The basement lounge was very smoky. The handicap chair lift was not working. There was a considerable price increase for a Sunday night!

The motel side looked sketchy but I don’t know what the rooms looked like. The hallways were hot but the room was nice. It does not look the best from outside. Could be a little updated. The room was fine though

The hotel did not look like the pictures on-line at all. Sketchy neighborhood. Not what I expected at all.

It wasn’t very clean, it smelled terrible and according to the sign in the lobby they only service the rooms every 3 days. That’s no good when you only get 2 towels, I little bar of soap and no shampoo at all. The breakfast was pretty bad too.

Staff was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Hotel a bit older but was clean. The staff made it very enjoyable.
