The location was great - the Valet parking staff were really helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were very accommodating. It was very clean and the free coffee stations were a nice touch. The shower could have been warmer and have better pressure. Our room was located right above the wedding party area which was ridiculously loud up until 2200. If you were after an early night - think again! We did complain received a complimentary voucher for the restaurant which was excellent but ideally would have liked to been made aware of the noise before hand and the option to change rooms before getting settled in, as they had 2 weddings over our 3 night stay. Maybe book those rooms for the wedding guests and not paying hotel guests who maybe jet lagged etc and want a good sleep!

Just missing a pool

Very pleasant and welcoming hotel. Helpful and courteous staff. The coffee and fruit and water on each floor quite a treat and perk.

Overall, the atmosphere was charming, and the room was well updated. Unfortunately, the coffee station machine was broken for nearly 24 hours and also there was only mint tea provided when asked staff to provide an alternative such as a breakfast or morning tea that request was not fulfilled. If you drink tea morning noon or night you have to pay.

Great hotel and good fitness center. Walking distance bro carriage ride, market and restaurants. Staff was polite and helpful. Loved the 2 king beds in the room. I would highly recommend!

Nice hotel, but ladies bring your lights. The rooms are so dark and you’ll be sitting window side to do makeup. Was so nice to have double kings and rest of room was nice. So many good restaurants in the area, I’d skip the Fox and Frannie. Our dinner was so salty! The pizza was good though. Great location too!

The hotels location is what your pains were, the restaurant downstairs is great for every meal. Room service is a complete waste of time order Uber eats instead.

The perfect location for easily walking around downtown, great coffee shop in the lobby, clean and comfy rooms. The complimentary coffee looked very impressive but it was really nothing compared to Clerk's in the lobby! Really not even a real complaint, though! hah

It’s was a great staycation

Overall, the rooms are warm and cosy vibe to them with exceptionally facilities around the hotel to make it feel wonderful. Staff were rude and made an issue with my payment despite paying full amount on arrival proceeded to try and double charge. Insisted that there was no other way of doing it. Conversation lasted 2:30hrs until manager was able to arrive and tell me there’s no issue and everything was perfectly ok. Terrible for the staff.

So beautiful and convenient location to see Charleston. Minor things…. I would have liked a pool, an area for smoking somewhere on the property, and the housekeeping and delivery staff entered the room without us knocking at the door twice during our stay. Easily solved with the do not disturb sign always in the knob during your stay.

Stunning shared spaces, location is unmatched. Coming from California, I was still SHOCKED, by the prices at this property - food, coffee, even the rate is $$$$! The room was so small for the premium, and staff less friendly than they have been in the past.

The happy hour was delightful. The hotel location perfect! The room was 2 king suite, beyond our expectation. The concierge was never around when we inquired however, the front desk was very helpful. Access to bikes were very convenient, took a ride down by the waterfront.

We felt relaxed with all the beautiful amenities! Each floor has sparkling and still water stations and complementary espresso and fresh fruit ! We moved rooms due to needing an accessible room for our long weekend and staff was so helpful, moved us to a room that was easier for my husband to get around and it was beautiful and the King bed and sheets were so comfortable, best weekend and can’t wait to book again !

Very cute and clean. Staff was friendly after they fixed one of the issues we had.

Our issues were mainly with the comfort of the room. The bed was hard and not comfortable. The pillows amazing but the bed itself my back hurt after two days and we both didn’t get great sleep. The room was always hot. We could not get the ac to go below 72. We called and they said it was motion censored so it would go down when we left and slept. It never got cool. They offered a fan but that barely helped.
