Great location. Very old property but well maintained. Spacious but 2 floors. Staff is friendly .

Beyond that, the rooms are all a little different and very useful for having time to rest in between activities. The gym was good, there is NO pool, but we weren't in need of a pool. No breakfast or snacks are served there, so plan accordingly. All in all, we would consider staying again, and the staff was SO lovely and helpful. Thank you for that!

Loved the hotel. Room was great. Much more than we expected. Such a unique hotel.
-
The location, just steps from the market and multiple restaurants. The staff are above and beyond, super friendly and knowledgeable. Not a thing. All good.
-
Beautiful historic inn located in prime Charleston location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well appointed rooms. Highly, highly recommend!
-
Utterly fantastic hotel suite right in the heart of downtown Charleston. Felt more like a townhouse than a hotel to be honest!! Plenty of space to spread out and make ourselves at home for our visit. Best all all, walk out the front door and you're across the street from the city market with a ton of great shopping/dining options in the surrounding streets.

Walking distance to everything , very nice place to stay , and staff was very nice !! Loved it !

It is very convenient to the market and restaurants, and the staff was very friendly Too many things to list, curtains fell and no definite answer as to if they would be fixed that day, maintenance was going to be there that day for a while, but not sure, they did say they would switch our room, but they did fix them before we had to change clothes a second time and go to bed. One tiny trash can up stairs in bathroom only, no mirror upstairs except for one in upstairs bathroom, they didn’t tell us about the “upstairs” bedroom, only one wash cloth, toilet loose, sink and vanity chipped, the faucet dripped a lot, and I’m in the hospitality business and I didn’t know you could buy that cheap of a toilet paper!, that’s not all, simply put, the value of what we received for what we paid was very out of per portion.

It was charming and well kept.

The location was excellent and the staff was so nice. They always greeted us and answered all our questions. The room was clean and spacious.
-
The facility was very nice just not handicap friendly. My husband is handicapped bedroom upstairs as wall as the shower. No grab bars inches shower. We would not stay there again they also charged us a fee for staying there. Handicap friendly

This location was absolutely perfect for exploring Charleston! This is not a luxury hotel (you will see tiny things that should be taken care of, like a hole that is patched but not painted) but it feels safe and clean and the staff is nice. Also, we loved that the room was two floors with the kitchen and a secondary 1/2 bath on the first floor---a set-up that works perfectly if you have two people trying to get ready at the same time or two people with different sleeping patterns. I would absolutely stay here again!

Property was very nice. Bathroom in our room was very small. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Located in a good area for maneuvering the district.
-
Room was clean but definitely needs a refresh. Says parking available but only available if parking deck has spaces. They don't have reserved parking. Kitchen is a bonus if you are there for long period of time
-
Right in the center of so many fun things! The room pictures don’t do it justice; the two queen beds are upstairs with a full bathroom and a balcony and downstairs is a full kitchen, half bath, and pullout couch with small dining table. Would definitely stay here again.

Great central location with friendly and helpful staff.

Loved the courtyard.
