First and foremost your staff was far above than anywhere we have been, including Europe‼️ They were all so kind and helpful‼️And fun🤗 The hotel was beautiful and charming. We will hopefully be back again soon! Thank You❣️

Room was clean, sheets nice and clean, ambiance lovely, free water and other beverages (not alcohol), location Bed wasn’t super comfy

For the price, though, a few things fell short. We had no view from our room, and with no rooftop pool, I expected the personal touches to make up for it. The butler walked us to our room, showed us how the keys worked, and gave a brief rundown, but we didn't hear from him again. The most frustrating moment was our arrival. It was dark and pouring rain, and we waited a long time for a valet who never showed up. My sister ended up unloading our luggage herself and hauling it up the steps and we drug it inside before someone finally appeared to take it and park the car. When we returned later in the stay, there was again no valet in sight. A lovely property with a warm staff, but at this price point, I expected more consistent service, especially the valet.

Wonderful place to be pampered. From the time we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. Fun treat for the girls. Highly recommend it.

I recently celebrated a birthday with two other couples at this property. It was my 1st time visiting it. Location, location, location. Perfect for a trip to Charleston, SC. Staff was amazing. Everyone knew our names from day one and used them to greet us throughout our stay. Rooms were very well appointed and we loved the large bath and rainfall shower. Extra towels we didn't even have to ask for. Breakfast is included. We thought it would be continental. NOT! A variety of choise including scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy...delivered to your room by your butler when you want it. Great bar and lobby. A welcome cocktail was served when we arrived. Love this property. We had a balconette and it was great. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful, clean room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches with complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast in the room each morning made the trip feel truly relaxing. N/A

The Spectator is our go to Hotel when we stay in Charleston. We have never had a bad stay there. From the location, staff, amenities and comfort they are top notch. As long as the remain consistent we will always stay there! Highly recommended!

Complimentary water and seltzers (and chocolate covered espresso beans!) in the lobby — and the welcome drinks were great!
