Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town, lovely ambience and staff!

Best in Charleston!

The staff greeted us with kindness & smiles immediately. Everyone was genuine & so friendly. We love that it is incredibly upscale, with southern charm & it's more of a boutique hotel. The breakfast was a great bonus, love the afternoon appetizers, and the milk & cookies were my personal favorite! Harrison made sure I had some chocolate chip cookies! Nightly turndown service was a nice touch as well. We will absolutely be back Loved everything!

There were only two issues during our stay. The elevator was not operational one day due to a maintenance issue but the service elevator was an option. We also had no hot water the last night and morning of our stay resulting in a small but appreciated discount for our visit. Even so, we would stay with them again.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! We loved the cocktail hour with the wine and cheese! Bob the mixologist makes the best Old Fashion along with wonderful hospitality! The staff from the front desk to the valet are wonderful! We had to leave early morning and they had our car waiting for us and loaded our luggage!! nothing!!!

The staff are extremely pleasant and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The rooms carry a spa collection of soaps, and hair products as well as a cute little scent spray for your pillow (sooo nice!) If you're the type who enjoys white noise or music to fall asleep, there is a sound machine on the nightstand. Also on the nightstand is a blue light sanitizing box for your phone! All this in a room of beautiful furnishings and a pillow menu to guarantee a great night of sleep! Be sure to visit the lobby bar where the bartender specializes in making an old fashion or espresso martini! All these amenities added to our full days of exploring the history of Charleston made for an unforgettable visit.

I loved everything about our stay at the French Quarter Inn. From the welcoming glass of champagne at check-in to the happy hour wine & cheese, to the bedtime milk & cookies. There was even complimentary breakfast delivered right to the room. The hotel is in the perfect location, close walking distance to most anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very courteous and attentive to any need or request. I would 100% stay here again and will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We will definitely share our stay with our friends and family. Very top notch rooms, staff, food and all common areas. Located walking distance to everything. From check in to check out a great experience!

The continental breakfast and evening wine and cheese reception were very nice with lots of tasty options. The hotel is conveniently located for exploring historic downtown Charleston.

Amazing experience! From the moment you’re greeted at the door until checkout. This hotel has it all. Happy, professional staff, great location, the most comfortable bed, and so many included amenities. We will be back.

You couldn't ask for a better location. Everything you would want to do is in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the extra benefits of cocktail hour and evening cookies were the absolute BEST! My mom would have liked to be able to warm up her evening milk with her cookies or warm up a pastry in the morning, so maybe having a little microwave with the setup would be a nice addition.

Wish there was more Gluten Free/Dairy Free options, the staff was really wonderful and did their best for helping me with GF, The location was great Honestly we liked everything, have no complaints here.

This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Absolutely loved it! Everything was top of the line!
