I loved my stay there. I will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's close proximity to everything downtown. Our room was spotless and much larger than in the pictures. The staff was incredibly helpful and gracious in all of our encounters. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is well located in downtown Charleston. Staff was friendly. They couldn’t find our reservation although we showed them confirmation from Booking and from them. We waited two and a half hours while they tried to sort it out. During that time we were waiting a parade of employees came to us ,all were friendly lovely folks but could do nothing . One was offering a free extra night if we listened to a pitch for their time shares. Unbeknownst to us this was a time share and that had something to do with the mix up. The suite was like the experience at check in. Surface level was lovely, actually staying there was uncomfortable.. No horizontal surfaces to put things on, one outlet for charging. Noisy until the music at the restaurant below stopped. We were so glad it was a one night booking, we couldn’t wait to leave.

The staff was excellent. Gabby was helpful in telling us where to go and also recommended places tosee.

Valet staff very helpful.

The beds were absolutely terrible! The mattress was an old worn out spring mattress! Really the only problem with our stay was that we could not get sleep on the horrid mattress!
-
The furniture was worn and stained. The coffee area could only serve one person at a time, comfortably. The Staff was very nice but not very well schooled on customer service. I don't think a receptionist should stop in the middle of checking me in to answer the phone, except to maybe say "please hold". She then proceeded to give directions to someone while I'm standing there waiting.
-
Beautiful location and very cool venue. Room wasn't ready when we arrived (at 4pm), and the valet brought the wrong car when we were trying to leave.
-
It was amazing! Very good location. Big room.
-
hotel overall was ok, it is older and the furniture is very dated. The bed was very squeaky. However, the service was good and the location can't be beat! For the price and locations I would stay again!

Can't beat staying right on East Bay if you're visiting Charleston. Our room had charm with exposed brick walls and wood floors. It was a very comfortable room. For the price we paid compared to others, I thought it was very reasonable.

Overnight stay for business meeting. Excellent location and close to all of the major Charleston destinations.

Great location
-
friendly polite service, valet was great. The room was large and very cozy and the fireplace was a nice touch. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to the water as well as meeting, market and king streets. There are plenty of restaurant and bar options close by. The only downside was the room blinds did not block out the street lights so the room was quite bright when the lights were turned off and there was quite a bit of traffic noise from east bay street.
-
Hotel did not provide a Hair Dryer It was a loft room with spiral staircase leading to master bedroom

Every aspect of the stay was outstanding. Suite quality and location are perfectly Charleston. Personal service delivered was exceptional and refreshing.
